My entire goal is to survive more than a minute thirty seconds on 50 or 100 bucks. Deposit, gone. Poof. No matter what machine, its all the same..Very Bad. It is Not fun, it is Not enjoyable. Talked with online chat wanting to know where I could leave a comment about my experience with the online slot games I have been playing. They couldn’t help me but wanted to know the issue I was having I told them I have been playing with them for a few years now and have noticed they don’t give ya any playback with ur money an never any wins. When I first started to play a couple years ago, it was a lot of fun you could win and you could also get some playback, but I have noticed after the last several months none of that is happening. If you bet $1 on any slot machines, you might as well expect to spend $100 in five minutes. I’ve counted spins to see if I win over that dollar, and recently I’ve been over 20-25 spins. Don't use your bonus coins to purchase any bingo tickets! You're not allowed to play them when you want and you have to be playing paid games in order to be selected to use your bingo ticket that you purchased with your bonus coins that you legitimately played through and purchased. Lets talk baccarat. Small bets win a decent percentage of the time but I dare you to bet bigger like $200 or more. You will lose somewhere between 75-90% of the bets. Losing streaks will occur when you start betting bigger. It's 100% not legit. Trust me. The big bets you will sometimes win is when you are down. Stay away.

I hsve been using them for around 4 months betting mostly NFL games. I made several deposits and recently tried to withdraw money. I have found that it is virtually impossible. While they gladly took my money they are requiring all sorts of "proof" before I can make a withdrawal. All of this was supposedly handled when the account was opened. They allegedly verified me but now they want one thing after another. First a picture of my license. Then a picture of me. Now they want me to install some gotracking device. Then a canceled check and a copy of my bank statement. I have done business with all the other companies in NY and after they were satified that I was who I said I was they always put through a withdrawal immediately. Customer service here keeps referring to terms and conditions but they are useless as nobody reads through dozens of pages. I am trying to contact the NYS Gaming Comission but the complaint number connects to some lady's voicemail and no one ever calls me back. I just want my money back so that I can close the account and never have to deal with then again

Out of all the online casinos this has been the best one for me on slots. I didn’t win a big amount but I did win both times I played there. I get chicken after a while to keep going. Won the first time little over a hundred and second around 70.
Some slots don’t hit if they don’t I go to a different ones. It seems you just have to find the better ones at your bet level. If I can win fifty bucks am happy. Yes, like to hit the big one, but your chances of hitting that is slim. You will end up loosing all your money. If I had it that way would be different, but why even try if you do have it that way. You only can buy so much with money.

Totally unreal to get paid, be very careful, they were paying them all of a sudden they wanted documents, send them proof, then they want statements, then statements to show the transactions with the deposits.. Totally unacceptable, will never play again.

Was just playing started at 2 dollar bets, and was winning every second or third spin probably. Went to 3 hit a couple bonus spins, nothing big went to bet 4, continued to win. Had about 220 in account moved to 5 dollar spins didn't hit a single spin hit tried a couple at 6 dollars, not a single spin hit and then tried the last three at 10 dollars of course not a single spin hit. Say what you want but there was nothing random about that outcome. That is pureley by design and these scum bags know it. I even had the supervisor take over the chat and continue to lie to me about its all random generated. The useless pos didn't even offer a bonus as a real site would have. Be prepared to lose, often. Blackjack software clearly tracks betting patterns. Slots maybe allow for occasional minor wins but the overall loss percentage is very high.

This casino stole over 7,000 dollars from me. I had to get the fraud dept of my bank to investigate. I even notified these scums that double payments were being taken from my account that I did not gamble. I noticed this in the past with my account and I knew something was wrong. I even notified them and sent them proof of information. They were supposed to investigate, but instead they sent me to a collection agency for payment. They are crazy as hell!!! Don't "F" with these people. They are scammers. My bank gave me my funds back as their investigation showed fraud. What kind of business is this;you turn someone over to a collection agency and refused to send a respond to my complaint. There are many gambling casinos online. I am begging you to please find someone else. They are not right. I gave a lot of money to these jokers.

Betrivers is a big scam apart of the IGaming group. 15 straight deposits of crap game plays, dead spins, horrible game payouts, horrible scatter payouts, the lowest I have experienced playing on any platform. This is probably the worst casino now used to be one of my favorites they don't give you existing customer bonuses or promotions they change the reward program to where you barely make reward points and you have to have more to spend any of the bonus store spend your money elsewhere money hungry and then when you finally get 250 points you only win $2 bonus money

I got a gift card for 1 of 4 sports betting places. I just picked bet rivers for no reason. The gift card was for 25$. I made a 25$ bet and I lost. Then they have a first deposit match if you lose your first bet….so yes they gave me a free $25 to try my luck again. I won with that bet…202$. I cashed out 160$ of that $202 leaving $42 in my account. I made another 20$ bet on a single game. I took the team that would pay me the most. I won again. $116. However when I won the $202 dollars my account was credited within 10 minutes. My second win was $116. I kept watching my screen/account to go up $116 in “my wallet/account. 30 minutes later it still said “Payout $116” but still not credited to my account. While the game was in play it did not say “payout $116”. It said “potential payout $116”. So around the 40 minutes mark I open up my screen to find they literally went into my account and changed my net from Seattle to rams with big red letters that said LOST! What they did was criminal. Theft, thieves! Because I had been credited the $202, I did not screen shot my win or my actual bet of the $116. So I’m just going to have to be out of that win I think. I can’t prove it. So now I know I’m dealing with criminals I decide to cash out the remaining 20$ of my 22 that was left. Both withdrawals say it would be credited to my bank account in 1 to 5 days. This just happened on Sunday so I’ll give them a few days. Somehow I’m thinking it will not be credited to my account..not in 5 days or 20 days! Bottom line is they are obviously hard up that it bothered them so much I won 318$ off their free 25$ they actually committed a criminal act and went into my account and changed my bet history to make it look like I lost. Do yourself a favor and put no money in this place. They will do all they can to take it from you, honestly or criminally.

Worst site I have played on never win anything anymore. It’s always they give you a good win maybe $100 as soon as you sign on. But after that nothing l.
