I put in a request to withdraw $40 (yes, $40). First, they made me verify my account—which I didn't mind doing—and once that was done, I was told to wait 24 hours for the withdrawal. After the 24 hours passed, I checked and saw it had been cancelled. Support told me I had to call them (a US number, even though I'm in another country) just to withdraw $40. If they act like this over $40, I can only imagine what it's like with larger amounts. Who pays for my call? Implement a proper KYC system; you can't force people to call you to verify... what? Their voice? Over $40? Be careful.

Pretty disappointed in them. 2 months ago I left a 5 star review and now I regret it. I had $92.66 in my account and while I was in the middle of the game placing my bet in roulette it kicked me out of the room and stole $35 leaving it with $57.66. I will gladly remove this comment after they refund me back my money. if not this comment will stay up here. To try and fix the issue I contact the "CHAT" support and they had Ai speaking with me instead of a human, and of course nothing got done. I don't recommend anyone putting your money online with them. They steal !!! My next step is to file a complaint/report it if they don't handle this in the next 72 hours.

if you are reading this contact me here. My best friend is an attorney and I'll be reaching out to her after the 72 hours expire if this issue isn't handled. I'm going to wait patiently and see if I can avoid letting her know about this situation.

Three times in one day I was not paid when I won a simple little bet . I think they are mad because I won like over $600 on a free rebate for past lost wagers . lol F them not playing here anymore . I have seen more 3% outcomes on this site than any other site online and certainly never seen it in-person at casinos. Do not play for any significant money as the site is untrustworthy. They also will send the same copied-and-pasted responses and claim they have a "program" to ensure fair play. THEY KNOW YOU CANNOT CONFIRM THAT IN ANY WAY! They also pretend that they have no incentive to rmake ig games. This is obviously false: their motivation is to prevent players from quitting so they reward bad/new play frequently.
