as the above people said, i had the same bad experience, i had 4000 $, wanted to withdraw, then they asked me to first pay 50$ for vberification, this is a total SCAM !!!!!

I used Bethead BIGWIN promo to receive the $2500 bonus, played some games and moved my balance to $12500. tried to withdraw but support told me I needed copper status to withdraw that amount. I need to deposit $600 to be able to withdraw....so I looked into the site. They claimed to be licensed by Curaçao Gaming Authority. That was false, I also found this on a web page, "OGL/2024/106/0170 InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V B2C 137453 June 07, 2024 Revoked as of December 08, 2025", their license is no longer valid. This was also on their web page and is completely false, "Bethead fully adheres to the regulations set by the UK Gambling Commission, a key authority ensuring fairness and consumer protection in the British gambling sector. This compliance confirms our commitment to responsible gaming, transparent operations, and strict oversight of our platform for all players." THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM.

This site is a week old while claiming to have 50 million users, and they get people to sign up by giving them a 2500 dollar bonus, that is supposed to be instantly withdrawable (bonus code BIGWIN). Of course, I knew that was too good to be true but I decided to test it. I signed up, got the bonus and went to withdraw it. I needed to verify my account first by filling out a basic form (name, country, dob). Then, they asked me to deposit 50 dollars, 'for verification'. I went to the chat and told them making a deposit is not part of a normal verification procedure. While they agreed, they said it had to do with where they were based. (I call b*ll.) Reading the first review here, I knew what was up. The one deposit will not be all they will try to scam me out of. The odds of the small selection of slots they have are ridiculously high. I decided to start playing with my bonus to wait for better reviews, and turned the 2500 into 20K+ within hours. I just hit the bonus in a well-known Pragmatic slot 3 times within 10 minutes and 'won' 800+, 300+ and 1200+ on bets of 2 dollars. At this point, I can't take this site seriously anymore. I am throwing my monopoly money at the slots and hit the bonus every time. It's not even exciting anymore. The old saying holds true: if it seems to good to be true, it is. I recommend staying away unless you want to flush 50 dollars or more down the toilet.

I did everything to verify my account by msiing a minimum US$50 DEPOSIT..I used the bankcard option in the site to make the deposit and it sent me to a third party crypto site 'Transax' to make my deposit/crypto purchase..there were other third party sites to choose from too..after purchasing the required minimum amount that would mean my account was 'verified' by using my bankcard i sent my deposit of crypto i had just purchased to my BETHEAD cadino account.. the deposit went through fine and my account was verified but when it dame to withdrawing my funds (winnings) i was told I had to make another deposit of $100 to verify the wallet o was ttujbgvti withdrawn the funds to..problem is they have have option to withdraw directly to my bankcard yet they ask me ti cetify tgat bankcard but purchasing $100 of crypto through a third party site to verify again. Why should I need to do that if my first deposit has already used my bankcard albeit through their 3rd party site to make my initial deposit...I think this directly is a total scam as there support is bot generated answers with not actual human interaction...avoid at all costs..I have $25000 i cant withdraw without depositing more money..
