I use the pro lay side of Bet Connect for Match Betting, it is excellent, especially being able to lock a bet for 60 seconds. The website is clear and easy to use.

The customer service is also excellent, I recently made a mistake on a bet, but was able to go on to live chat and they helped me find the solution. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and fast. Which is exactly what you need in a situation when you've had a mishap!

Amazing. Easy to use for for matched betting. More secure as it locks the lay bet for 60 seconds whilst placing the back bet. It’s a god send!!

I use Betconnect for matched betting it really is a game changer. I make £1k this weekend on extra place bets which were not available with good enough implied odds with other exchanges. I really can’t recommend it enough.

Yet again poor advertising and trying to misinform the betting public company should give there head a shake and either fire there marketing team or go into fictional events listings nice to see queen vase was advertised as running twice i wonder if they will pay out twice on the winner oi oi betconnect punters pal

I've been using bet connect for around 2 months now and am really impressed. The idea of matching the bookies is inspired and the support is incredible. I had a query at 9 30 tonight and they had solved it withing minutes. Can't fault them and can't recommend them highly enough!

Friendly customer service team and the website and app work really well, Just needs more content to bet on Can only bet on 15 different sports currently and no bets on international horse racing.

Although I've only been using BetConnect for a very short period of time I've had nothing but a positive experience with them, had some issues trying to withdraw funds through no fault of BetConnect but the customer service and help I received was top class.

Easy to use both on the back and lay side, the only issue is lack of availability in selecting games but then again it is what it is.

Overall highly recommend to anyone out there on the fence about joining!

I've been using BetConnect for a few months, primarily as a backer, and have been very impressed. It's a great way of getting on larger stakes without the fear of bookmaker restrictions.

I have managed to get plenty of bets matched at good value and have been pleased with the customer service I have received.

In terms of site and app usability there are some features I would like to see added including:

1. The ability to export bet history to an Excel file
2. Filtering of bet history to remove historic unmatched bets
3. More bets displayed in bet list. Currently it's only 6 per page.
4. A 'GB and Ireland' filter on horse racing (navigating between countries is a bit clunky, especially on the app)

These are only suggested improvements though and they don't affect my over all review rating, which is definitely five stars.

I hate doing a five star review but so far I think they deserve it. Winning or losing doesn't bother me it's all part of the game and if you are getting annoyed you are gambling with money you can't afford to lose. I took my time in finding my account because my experience of most bookmakers is you can deposit a million no questions asked but it becomes a problem if you try to withdraw a fiver. So far this is not the case with bet connect who seem really fair. Getting bets on is straight forward and customer service seems honest. My only gripe, more to do with my idiocy is that I do not know how to lay bets as when I go on lay side small postcards Flash up with random outsiders I don't want to lay. Any help with this bet connect is much appreciated. However so far the experience has been top draw something I expected as its really quite rare to see any betting company with such a high percentage of five stars. Thank you bet connect

Yeh its back, timer is a bit slim but we are getting there liquidity wise. Discord is decent. 👍🏼 Fix bugs and we are back to pre 2.0 levels.

excellent customer service - quick , polite and knowledgeable. i am an experienced match bettor and after a slow start i am using bc a lot more and starting to see its benefits. good for no risk arbs, trying to hit bog's etc. want to use it to assist ep's but haven't quite sussed it yet. would like to see more high profile football bets. keep up with the progress.

A good start I would say.

My first few bets didn`t get matched but since then the vast majority have, my last bet being an 'anytime goalscorer' on an English League 1 match which I was very impressed with.

If they could add more markets, especially on Premier League games, then it would be a fantastic weapon in the armoury of any bettor restricted by bookmakers.

Okay the platform isn't perfect for matched bettors and won't replace the need for Betfair however there is value on Betconnect value you can't get anywhere else.

At the end of the day, we're here to make money and therefore Betconnect will remain in my routine while the value is there. Plenty of arbs and promotions you can exploit with zero QL like EP, horse racing refunds and BOGs will tick along in the background.

Excited to see them expand on the backers side to increase liquidity.

I've been using BetConnect for a couple of years now and - even to this day - it forms the backbone of my Matched Betting / Extra Place / Arbing strategies. Being able to lay the bets at the Bookie's prices guarantees there's no Qualifying Loss which, over hundreds of bets, ends up being a significant increase to profits.

With the reintroduction of the timer, using BC on mobiles is now possible, with the security of knowing that you've got 60 seconds to dash over to your Bookie of choice, place the bet, then return to BC to lay it (incurring no QL along the way).

With their fantastic customer service / customer outreach, BC is on a fantastic upwards trajectory. A bit more liquidity (can never have enough of that, as a layer!) and I'll be with BetConnect for the very, very long term.

Since the re introduction of the 60 seconds timer betconnect has for me become very reliable. All that is missing is a bit more liquidity and more alacrity in settling bets, still giving it top marks as their customer service has always been very good
