Under the withdrawal page its showing as pending confirmation from operator .when your accepting the deposit ..why can't you pay our money back ..please confirm if this is scam site.

I made a withdrawal request of ₺110,000 via Maksibanka transfer on March 12 at 7:28 AM. At 8:00 AM, I received a message from Betandyou stating that my withdrawal was completed. However, the funds never arrived in my bank account.
I reached out to customer support multiple times, both via live chat and email, but all I got were generic automated responses. Twice, they requested my bank transaction history, which I provided. Yet, even after three days, my money has not been credited, and I haven’t even received an apology or a proper response. They keep saying my transaction is under review, but what exactly is being reviewed for this long?
I have been a loyal VIP member of this site for 11 years, and up until now, I never had an issue with withdrawals. However, this delay and lack of communication raise serious concerns. The worst part is that customer service doesn’t seem to care about their users.

My deposit of 9999 not updated from last 15 days. I paid on 6 th march they took 2 time bank statement. Yesterday executive saying payment not reched to us. I RECONFIRM with my bank. Payment successfully credited to them.
