Passive agressive administration and customer service
Bouldering place is nice itself, however the customer service and memberships/classes/discounts information is awful. I tried to change my membership and didn't receive any help, I almost felt like they were trying to push me into bying even more and not adjusted to my needs. I also spoke on the phone with them and felt a passive-agressive tone from the other side of the phone. I do not recommend this place:(
