Played on this site for few years.Never won anything worth shouting about.Went to log-in after taking time out bug could not get back into their site..I then go into chat, where they said that my account is Terminated!! Gave me No Reason as to why that is.What a way to treat customer.All my money that I play in this site is legitimate.I am really disgusted with the whole issue..As far as I am concerned, it's their loss and my Gain! No respect for the customer!!

I enjoyed playing small stakes on 'in play' football bets, 25p, 50p the odd £1. Win or lose it was good fun and like they keep saying 'keep it fun'. However when I on the website today a red circle appeared (which turns out to be a roulette wheel) so I tapped it. A roulette table appeared so I tapped on it. Anyway, long story short, it took all my credit without me even knowing. Account instantly closed.

7 day time limit on using bonus funds, and you get no email or message about your bonus money is going to expire.
These companies make billions and offer bs promotions.

their is no wonder they are probably the largest Betting Company.It is impossible to raise a complaint.Every time you use their complaint process, spend the time composing, then try to send, it comes up "something went wrong "and you are left in limbo.So frustrating.The anomalous Bet Credit offers are my bone of contention.It is not an offer,use it and they take it off your balance.So what is the point.Just a ploy to encourage you to bet further.

Tried numerous times to withdraw my cash from them,wouldn't let me in the end I had to contact them to get my cash. VERY POOR SERVICE, I'll stick with Paddy Power now .

They promise new customers £30 bet credits when you deposit £10.
I deposited £10 and was then told I had to deposit another £10 and have my bets settled.
I did this and my bets were settled. 6 hrs later ,I still haven’t received my £30 bet credits.

I recently came back to Bet 365 after a period of self exclusion. I was using the site with no problems putting on bets some won some lost as you do. I ended up reaching my deposit limit that I had set up previously prior to self exclusion. As my financial situation changed and I’m in a position to do so I asked to increase my deposit limit which after a few generic questions it was increased and by a considerable amount too. I continued to use the site with no further problems but from what I could remember from my previous playing days with Bet 365, they did great customer offers and rewards for loyalty. I reached out to customer care because I didn’t have this option on my account and the response i got was due to their commitment to responsible gambling I’m not eligible to the offers, be that the small reward you might be lucky enough to get from time to time please take into account that I was able to increase my deposit limit without any eligibility test been done. So basically their commitment to safer gambling was non existent when requesting a deposit limit increase but any offers on site I’m not eligible for. I was not happy with this response and regretfully I canceled my account. I’m not going to play with a site who will take my hard earned cash no problem but will exclude me from any promotional offers etc.

When cashing out with live bets if you do too many they won't let you cash out also I had 2 bets going one cashed out the second one didn't no reason not too Lots of time left I talked to customer service many times at first did nothing then they couldn't give me a reason it didn't work returned my money 2.
