I bought a damaged faulty Lay-z-spa with Leroy Merlin 17th of May & have been onto customer services with their distributor Bestway since July 3rd 2024. Customer service and post sales does not exist in this company. You get passed on to a third or a fourth party company that just goes on to ignores you.
I have bought an expensive spa, that deflates in a few days time & the company has ignored every attempt I have made to reach out to them about it. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
