Honest seller but need an German Vps Ip to connect paypal

Honest seller . I have received my paypal account so fast . But they told me that I need to always use German vps IP always to keep the account working for last . I wanted to use it on phone and this things not working for me because I don't own really a windows PC . Trying to find some solution to use it on phone .

Hi , I run kid product business

Hi , my name is Selena and I am mother of 2 kids . I own a kid product ecommerce website and I urgently had need of a verified paypal account in UK . PayPal had blocked my personal paypal account like 1 month before so I was looking for a solution since then . After so many research and suggestions I found this website people and they helped me to setup a verified paypal account for me and this really helped me a lot and I am again good to run my business smoothly .

Happy to found this website finally . I have been cheated a lot before with some other fake websites . Bestvcc admin is the genuine seller I have found so far . I m buying Google ads account from him in bulk for my ecommerce business .

Contacted them through WhatsApp and had fear of getting scam so I asked them some recent order reviews . And they told me to deliver before payment. I got the account details with the IP and logged successfully and checked everything was perfect and I am using them since a week . Seems good so far . I don't think they are scammer as the other people posted here . If u doubt of scam . Ask them to deliver before payment and they really will accept your order .

I have purchased an uk personal pp account. Its been more than 3 days and I still don’t have it. Im gonna do whatever it takes to ban this website until I get my account. You there DON’T YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are total scams and 4-5 star reviews are fake.

Paid for a paypal account

Paid for a paypal account. Was quick enough to message me on whats app before I was enquiring and then after numerous messages asking where the account was they kept fobbing me off and ain't heard from them and still no account 2 days later. I got warned about them prior but was in desperate mode to get one and they seemed legit but nope they scammed me. Be careful
