We purchased tiles for a new build. Mark and the team took time to understand our house style and suggested tiles to suit. When we brought the samples to the house they worked perfectly! The team then sorted us out with grout colours and trim! Great service & great prices!

We just bought a new house and are doing up the kitchen, popped into best tile just for a look. We weren't hassled by the sales assistant like we had been in other shops we were left to look around and told to give a shout if we needed any help. After a while the nice young girl, think her name was Hannah, came up to see if we needed help with anything. We were looking at floor tiles for the kitchen, She was so helpful, really knew what she was talking about and helped us pick out tiles for the over the counter tops which matched the floor tiles we were looking at and matched the colour of the kitchen. Shhe was so helpful and wasn't one bit pushy. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Waterford! Excellent service, she helped with what was best for us and didn't try to push the more expensive tiles on us! We ended up buying when we were only having a look! Fantastic service, if doing up the house would highly recommend best tile, don't forget to ask for Hannah! We will return when doing the bathroom, thank again!
