Do not recomend. Ordered a pan for 250 €, delivered us defective item (manufacturing error). Refused to send a replacement, ended up paying 15 € for return shipment of defective item so they refunded the base price.

Delivery on 1 December. Return submitted on 15 December (within 14 days). BestSale still refused the return by email. Very disappointing and time-consuming. I would not order again.

Seller sent me defective goods and did not allow me to return it.

Still waiting for my order from Bestsale. I do believe this is one big con.

ordered on 21 May 2025 and was told the parcel was delivered on 29.5.25. I have still not received it. I contacted them and they said I needed to check the PO which I did and not here. No neighbours have it. Finally offered only a 60% refund but that has not happened either. Then told it was up to me to contact the bank. Only a $55 order but it's a scam I think very disappointed. The email response is from Gao fei go figure

I ordered £28 worth of clothing and yodel today delivered a crappy metal necklace ,these are scammers

Placed order on 3rd May nothing, emailed 3 times been told it’s been delivered I asked who to because it wasn’t me, was told to use my initiative and go to the Post Office, I did go to the sorting office and local post office, nothing, CON

I absolutely love Bestsale for their excellent prices on Belgian cookware. Shipping to Austria is always very fast and well packaged.

Best price I could find in Europe for this teppanyaki, took a few days to get it sent despite being in stock but worth the wait because of the low price.

Product was never delivered because it was returned to sender through customs.
After contacting their customer services they've never resent the package for weeks and have now just started ignoring all contact.
I would highly recommend avoiding BestSale

I purchase supposedly '50DOLLARS' American Eagle gold coins. What I was sent was '50OOLRRS' coins that my magnet easily pick up (gold is non-magnetic).
I asked for a refund and the company refused. THIS IS A SCAM. THE COINS ARE FAKE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Good price and fast delivery, was positively surprised.

I ordered a pair of shoes, they seem to be fairly high quality and were delivered on time. My only complaint is that they did not come with the box that was stated in the description.

This seller totally ignores the Consumer Law!!!
I was treated with disrespect and unprofessional by this seller, his disrespectfully attitude culminated by hanging up the phone. All of this because I've called to ask a retour form for a product, Demeyere Classic 5 Delige Kookset, because the product doesn't meet the Demeyere quality standards.
Don't buy from them!!! They are scams!!
Not even deserve one star but I was oblige to otherwise was not possible this review.

It's seems you are a LIAR, I'm not surprised after our conversation when you became aggressive and you hang up the phone.
I've tried to explain you that after the first use I've noticed on the bottom of the pots light stains, indeed I used now, after 3 weeks because I was in holiday and NOT ,, for 3 weeks ".
You tried to convince me that the stains are the result of the dishwasher and I'm not supposed to wash them in the dishwasher. It's well mentioned on the box and also in the instruction manual of the producer that you are able to wash them in the dishwasher, but it's not recommended.
More than that, on the instruction manual it's also well mentioned that can be returned for quality material reason.
DON'T worry I have noticed Demeyere regardless and also customer protection.

I ordered a product which has never been delivered. They said they sent it however in the tracking link, no package had been given to UPS. I asked them to send the product but the client service has been very unprofessional, unfriendly and very aggressive. They asked me to modify my initial comment and threatened me. I would clearly recommend not to buy from this company. They could have send a new package but they did not.

Best sale did not answer to questions I had about returning a product.
When I could no longer wait for an answer and sent the product anyway, they did not switch the product as I requested bug just reimbursed me, leaving me with no product at all and the mail bill.

Thank you for asking. You have delivered a lower quality product from the advertised product. Printing a return ticket did not work for me on your website. Your customer service does not believe me and will not send me a return ticket or help me getting the wrongly delivered product exchanged for a correct product. I contacted within two weeks and now customer service is snubbing my mails as I did not fill in the form within two week. I contacted you within this abritrary two week period although this policy is regarding return and I want a replacement for a wrongly deliverd product.
