Wrong part delivered - eventually refunded
Bought a part supposedly identical to the OEM part. I received it, and when fitting to my vehicle realised it was a slightly different length.
Tried to return it, but the form says I'm not permitted to return anything, and there is no-one to talk to
EDIT post reply: I did check the OEN part number - but the incorrect part was still sent.
EDIT2: I have been able to return the item and received a full refund including postage

Front Side lamp

Very poor service and unable to contact
Ordered a part showing as being compliant with my car. Part arrived broken and would not work when fitted. Tried to arrange a return as per company policy. No communication about the return, unable to find any contact phone number so have emailed but again no reply. Very poor service.

Your parts for my car were wrong saying the rely I needed was for my audi 80 1995 1.9 diesel was the relay I needed but was totally wrong I'll accept some of the blame as I didn't check were relay was located just jumped to Internet and found your site

Excellent choice price and quality
The choice of brands for most vehicle parts is very comprehensive and provides a good spread of prices and quality. I maintain most of the wearing parts myself which allows me to chose better quality parts than would be the case with a garage and much less expensive than a franchised car dealer.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. If you need parts from here. They use Evri. They may state shipped in 1 to 2 days but believe me it takes up to one week!!! Left without a car for days due to bad service..
REVISION - Please note my part has arrived on Sunday- so I am appeased! Please do state that delivery to the UK is 5 to 7 days. This would help?

Good you had the part I needed and was ready for dispatch next day But Bad you use Evri (worst courier IMO) who took 5 days to deliver.
