I’ve ordered so many times from them in the past and hasn’t been too bad, (kind of get what you pay for stuff) After my latest order im done with them. Never again.
Meat was rancid, £50 for ribeye steaks, this is not ribeye, it’s hacked, tough as old boots, sour to the taste, absolute rip off.
Other stuff in order was at best crap meat uk.
£175 order and it’s 💩
Lost a customer and I’ll happily pay the extra to a real butcher instead of these cowboys.
And as others have said when I’ve had problems in the past they have a seriously bad attitude and if I was spoken to the way they have written messages in the past it would kick off.
Done with best meat UK it’s rank.

The deals are fabulous. I've been using Best meats now for more than a few years. Perfect everytime and hsve shown and recommended to my friends,family and colleagues. Cannot fault them and got to Love Ben on the Facebook competions.

I had a look at the best meat UK advertising on Facebook. The deals they were offering looked too good to be true. I chanced my hand and made an order. The professional service I have received needs a mention. Made the order, was given a delivery date. I was later issued with a delivery window. It was delivered within the window (earliest time). The package was secure and all contents were professionally sealed in individual packages. The quality of the produce is 1st class. Looks too good to be true but it is.

Not great, Chicken fillets smell like 💩💩
The loins are paper thin, the marinated portions are tiny and god knows if they are fresh.
Given abuse on messenger by his jacked up bird, threatened with a driver coming to my house 😂
Not the best experience, use a local butcher 👍

Customer service was excellent..my wife took the day off work and received text saying next day delivery.messaged and delivery was made today.delighted with box and are having the chicken drums tonight.highly recommend

DHL delivered earlier than stated, left on front in unsecured location. Parcel was stolen. Despite all this best meat would not arrange a refund from DHL, Despite them accepting liability. £50 out of pocket. Customer Service is appalling

Ordered meat, seems ok. My issue is the order was incomplete, have tried 3 ways to contact, messenger tik-tok email, all to no avail.Would like to order again but no customer support.

Update, I’ve updated the stars from 3 to 5
Bestmeat got in touch and sent out the Mr Marinade that was missing. Had the tandoori chicken , was delicious.Will be ordering again, just wish I could get in touch easier.

The guy running this is a sausage himself. Absoloute shambles terrible quality meat. Div wouldn't. Know a peice of sirloin if he got slapped round the face with it. Dodgy re packaged out of date meat. Abit like the guy selling you a brand new mattress out the back of the van half price because he can't return it. I can't wait to arrive at the company address and speak too a human. Pay the extra show support to local farmers markets and butchers. Don't fund this guys crack habit by buying his manky re packaged meat bundles

Once you have seen and tried you won't go anywhere else.
Packaging is excellent.

The last one we ordered was on Saturday, it came the following Tuesday.

The selection is brill, superb quality and super cheap for what you get.
Great service and product throughout.

Will be using again for any meat we need, we know bestmeat has us covered for sure.

My husband and I kept seeing advertising posts on social media- I went on to the page, and we decided to place our first order it came today- all professionally packed, in a good quality box with cold packs.
The meat looks absolutely amazing, can’t wait to try some of this tomorrow on the bbq and the king ribs are looking so good! Highly recommended company very professional thank you, I have also spread the word with some of our friends that are going to do orders this weekend! Thanks 👍

I ordered the fillet steak offer, buy one fillet get one free , total £55 plus delivery. The meat arrived on time, v well packaged , still really chilled. The fillets, which i was expecting to need trimming, have been trimmed and look really lean. The total weight for both is 2.6 kg . Really ,really happy.
I have used Best Meat several times and was a bit sceptical at 1st as I wondered about the quality of the meat. I don't normally buy meat on line, but I have been so pleased with all of my purchases and can highly recommend the company

I only received one 3kg steak, I feel scammed. I have tried contacting them via email and Facebook but no answer.

*Update* following my review I have now been contacted by Emma, the case of my missing items has now been resolved, however, the customer service and understanding was not great, I appreciate companies need to be wary when customers claim to not have received their orders but having discovered this to actually be the case I would expect a bit more of a sincere apology but that was not the case, rather a it was a simple error, emphasis on simple. I've added extra stars to the rating as I have now received the remainder of my order but unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from this company due to lack of customer service and the stress of having to contact them again should there be any future issues.
