I will be filing charges of fraud…
I will be filing charges of fraud against this company; they charged me $200 to process my refund from Southwest Airlines, kept my money and failed to get my refund. Their employees' poor command of the English language makes communications near impossible. Do NOT do business with this company!

We had total of 10 people booking air ticket from LAX to Cancun. We got good price after all. Both Jason and George are working hard and polite. We are satisfied with the final outcome. Definitely recommend if you want better price than Google flight price.
