My experience however, was just fine. After reading the reviews, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and was relieved to find out they had it and were expecting me.
I probably won't use these guys again however. Don't want to press my luck.

Bought a reservation through them. Arrived at the hotel. They had no reservation there. A month went by and I still didn’t recieve a refund. I was on the phone with them for almost two hours waiting for them to call the front desk so sort out my reservation. They never called. Complete scam. Never use them.

Showed my confirmation they tried to put it in their system. They couldn’t make the reservation and had to cancel it. I called best hotel deals for refund and they told me no refunds on canceled reservations and that it wasn’t their fee it was the hotels, after some back and forth they said they would confirm the hotel canceled and issue a refund in a few business days. The hotel gave me a cancellation letter showing they didn’t charge any fees and best hotel deals wouldn’t accept it

There are many reputable 3rd party reservation sites out there - this is NOT one of them. I made a reservation through them and went to check into the hotel several minutes later (we were right in the area) and was told the hotel was completely booked and they had no record of our reservation. I immediately called (did not get anyone on the phone) and then emailed the website to report what happened. I received an automated reply and to date (2 weeks later) have received no response. I reported it to my bank.

I would give negative Stars if that was possible. My family and I experienced a house fire and could not stay at our home. The Red Cross gave us money to rent a hotel for a few days and I use this company to book it. When we got to the hotel we were refused to check in saying there was a minimum state of a week to rent a room. This company never said anything about a minimum stay. When I called the company they called the hotel to be told that they were sold out even though they were not. It was it was 1:00 a.m. and the customer service told me to just wait for a response in my email. My children and I ended up sleeping in our car. When I asked for a refund I was told it would be processed and then it would take up to 30 days. It has been over 30 days and I still have not received my refund and then the employee that is supposed to be processing my refund doesn't even respond to my emails. This company needs to be investigated and their business license revoked

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. A friend of mine made the mistake of paying for a hotel room through this company. Then he gets a message saying the hotel is booked and will contact him with options. Mind you, they do not offer a refund. So now they have his money and he is instructed to await further instructions on what will happen next. They have his money at this point so he is locked in. He feels like it's no big deal so he waits, and waits, and waits. Finally, my overly optimistic friend decides to follow up with them --- no answer, but an option to leave a message. He leaves a message --- several of them. No response. No email. Nothing. They simply kept his money. I will be contacting the states attorney general's office as well as federal regulators to help my friend with this.

Booked a room through this site on March 8, 2025. Got to the hotel to be told I was overbooked by 3rd party and no rooms were available. Hotel refunded my money to 3rd party, but 3rd party site claiming I was a no show and wasn't going to get a refund. I called the hotel and they confirmed they were overbooked, but 3rd party is trying to keep my money. Give me my money please. Don't use this site to book your hotel.

I wish I could not give this scam company a star. I booked a hotel in December 2024 and when I arrived, the hotel could not give me a room because they didn't have any room keys (idk how). So the hotel cancelled my reservation and I had to get a room across the street at another hotel. I contacted them to get my deposit back and showed them proof that the room was cancelled and not on my behalf. I was told that they would escalate the matter. This was at the end of December, then I reached out again in February 2025. It is now MARCH and I have yet to receive my money and my bank will not let me dispute it because of the time that has lapsed. I am pissed I wish the very WORST for this company. You all scam people, hard working people and that is not right. Just return my coins.

I never checked in and asked for a refund since I cancelled less than 12 hours after booking. They stated it was non refundable which is a lie as my confirmation email had no such verbiage. I then filed a fraud dispute with my bank about this transaction with proof of email and the zendesk ticket stating the company is reviewing the refund. I am still fighting for my refund 10 days later. My bank stated for the fraud department will take 30 days. I am hoping to get my money back soon. I think we should all get together to file a civil suit against them and see if we can get their licensing taken away. I should have read the reviews and next time I will not go through a third party to book my stays.

I used this site to book a one night stay in Monroe Louisiana. I got worried it was a scam after reading these reviews and called the hotel about 5 minutes after booking and they already had my reservation details, and said that everything was good. It was $30 cheaper than booking anywhere else. I was really pleased with this site, even though there are a lot of negative reviews, I am thankful that everything was perfect.

I had placed a reservation and gotten the date wrong, called customer service and they wouldn't honor changing the date or a refund even though the motel said the website SHOULD honor it, I didn't even get to stay at the motel and lost $50, horrible customer service. I would not book through this website if I were you, because even if an emergency came up they probably wouldn't refund and your just losing money at that point
Terrible Experience – Avoid BestHotelDealsGlobal!
I booked a hotel room through BestHotelDealsGlobal and received a confirmation email. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception informed me that my reservation had been canceled without notice by the website! I had no choice but to pay an extra 100 euros to secure the room, as there were no other options available.
I was promised a refund and told it would take 7-15 business days, but it actually took over a month to receive my money back. On top of that, their customer service is non-existent—every time I called, I got an automated message saying no support agents were available.
This was a stressful and frustrating experience. I do not recommend using this service if you want a reliable booking!
