Have to say Lea from customer service ( not a bot thankfully ) really did keep on top of the order process from start to finish checking all items were received ( due to small delay on the couriers side ).
It's the extra bit of care and attention given here by Lea is the reason why I'd have no issue dealing with them again ( and will do ).

Great offer,great prices and good selection.
The only problem was delivery.
Had 6 or more emails from FedEx say when and what time they were going to deliver. I made several arrangements to be home and not one turned up . FedEx need to sort out who does what.
The guy that did deliver was brilliant, msg me in the morning and got my delivery later that day. It was a different carrier than FedEx.

Good website and delivery was quick. But when we unwrapped the radiator, it was scratched in two points. Had to dispose it myself and asked for refund.
