UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE
Numerous emails and messages sent and tags on social media posted to try and get money they have kept from my small business. No reply, very disappointing and disgusted at the service from this website. As a seller this is so disheartening and costly!! Don’t order from them as they do not pay their sellers!!

No refund money since december!
I got a refund blanket on december 12 on my order, and I have still not received the amount of money. I have sent BestHandmade UK three mails and a DM on Instagram, non of them responded to. Also it’s illegal to withdraw the money before the order has been shipped, so I really do not recommend buying from them!

Never been paid dispute requests
I must have now send 4 messages via email and through the website to Best Handmade about not being paid for an item that I sent out and I have neither received a payment or an email. I am presuming they have gone into liquidation. Very poor outcome

Although had communication from best handmade Uk I had no contact from the actual vendor and won’t receive my item in time, perhaps partly my mistake due to the bank holiday but still had no proof to ok as yet

We have since removed the vendor from our platform and your experience fell short of the standards we expect from our partners. A 1 star review is harsh considering, as you say, you had communication from Best Handmade and we did all we could to resolve the issue, and that you perhaps even made a mistake by placing your order over a bank holiday and requiring your purchase within a short timeframe. As all items are handmade to order turnaround times can vary for each vendor. But nonetheless, we apologise your experience wasn't what it should have been and I hope you will still consider using Best Handmade in the future.
Exceeded my expectations
I was very pleased with the William Morris holder for my remote control etc. It was beautifully made and exceeded my expectations. Will certainly visit the Graciesfield website when it is up and running.

Brilliant service and handmade products. Great vendors, good communication with quick delivery. Ordered from the vendor Oaks Art on Besthandmade as a Christmas gift, was amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for anything handmade, support small businesses with Brilliant customer service.
