I've ordered a couple of times from this site and had no issues. However the last order I placed never arrived and now the website is not working 😕

AVOID!
I would give them ZERO stars at best.
Still waiting, & NO idea as to status of order. I keep replying to the original order confirmation email, & I keep being sent emails from them with nothing written therein, or attachments that won't work.
Cannot return to online store, as page continuously fails to load.
AVOID like the plague. They are clearly scammers. Perhaps once they were OK, but I suspect that one time they got away with screwing over a customer, & decided it was a more viable model of business for them than decency & integrity.

Order Number: 251114-022445-5596 placed back on November 19th of 2025 in hopes of it being a Christmas gift.

I do not enjoy leaving a bad review, however I am about to hit 4 months with no item and no relpies to my communication.

I will gladly change my review if there is any movement, but seeing as how their website no longer loads - I am not sure this will matter.

Website has now closed down. And they stole my money. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Took my money and shut down their website. Don’t ever order from here because the prices are too good to be true and their media isn’t even official.

Whole month still not received my order. Don’t understand as it has never happened before with this site. Not sure I will use again. Taken it up now with my payment provider looking into it as Bestdvd stopped replying to my messages.

Happy with my last order as not everything can be send to IE. Took maybe 2-3 weeks. Thank you

Easy to search and purchase from bestdvdshop and quick and easy to pay and great quality.

Order placed on 22nd of December. No postal tracking supplied and the box set never arrived. #251222-034512-4033 was the confirmed order number. Contacted the website and it said it was processing another order #260120-142742-6702. This hasn't shown up either. Any chance of some customer service or my money back....

Terrible communication, well, no communication at all. Worst delivery times ever (a month). But hey, they delivered a very rare box set that even the pirate sites don't have.
Just be really patient and don't expect a fast turnaround.

Since there is no support email listed, and they don't reply to support tickets, using Trustpilot appears to be the only way to get updates. So - what's the status for #260104-114505-7369? It has been a month. No confirmation of delivery, order still in processing, tickets unanswered. Don't try "you weren't in", I work from home, I am always in. I'll change my rating if and when I get a decent update. Waiting a month for £75 worth of merchandise with no communication is unacceptable.

100% better than I thought, DVD's arrived in 7days.
Having read some reviews that said they had problems with delivery and waiting times, I am very happy with my purchase.

Been waiting a few week now, no reply on a timeline of delivery, order #260112-235012-7003. No word on arrival or even a dispatch.
