I ordered several items of jeans and bras from this company only because it said 30 days guarantee returns. I returned the items well within the 30 days. I didn’t hear from them. I sent 2 emails and enquiry on the website. No reply to any. As I paid through PayPal, I raised it with them, but for some reason did not get the full refund. I am still owed £9.33. I will not be using this company again and will not recommend them.
So this arrived and I was excited at first but then found out parts were melted together so I contacted customer service, the guy on the phone kept repeating to wait on a reply from the factory with no time frame and when asked what to do, he seemed rude, cold and agitated rather than understanding my frustration and he had the audacity to hang up. I bought this machine to work on my mental heath and I'm more disappointed and irate with this response. Do better.
At the time of writing it seems that the trend for quick to deliver but slow to refund on returns is a recurring theme.
My experience was post the delivery of goods which were not suitable and returned with in 5 days. At the time of writing no refund has been given.
I have resorted to 2 phone calls to chase this up and on both occasions taking over 20minutes to answer, at my cost in time and phone charges.
Promises were made to raise a refund. First time it was 5 days, it didn't materialise. The second time a promise of even longer 7-14 days. Strange they can take my money almost immediately!
Various excuses were used the first time such as their carrier was to blame and they hadn't had the return, then if by magic on my proof of delivery, they had received the item! As the item in question was ordered after viewing it on Sky shopping channels, even the suggestion that I speak to Sky, their attitude was "Luke warm" .
In summary, and as a business owner myself, I'm qualified to suggest that Best Direct Customer Experience is of the worst kind I've experienced which may also explain the low Trust Pilot rating too of 2.5. Really must do better.
I purchased a floor leg exerciser from this company costing 99.99 but had to return it unfortunately because of its weight. I returned it via Evri on 17.8.24 but according to them it's still in transit. Despite sending emails to both Best Direct and Evri I've heard nothing, which is appalling and I'm nearly £100 out of pocket despite doing everything correct. Wouldn't trust them again, it's a con!
Worst company i have ever dealt with.The item i ordered was never delivered to me so contacted Bestdirect Customer Services.(Evri had lost it or delivered it to wrong address).I requested DOR form to be sent to me by post, which they agreed to do because i am a pensioner and cannot do it online.A month later and i still have not received DOR form.I have emailed them at least a dozen times regarding this matter which they have ignored.So i am £30 out of pocket with no help from Bestdirect whatsoever.Appalling service from a company i shall never do business with again.Robert.O
Had a problem when ordering online. When directed to my bank to verify payment, could not get back to finalise order. Had to wait over weekend to try to resolve, by which time the price of item went up. A lovely lady called Kathy called me to finalise the order and kept price at original cost.
I was at first annoyed when could not resolve quicker, but this was down to my impatience. Now very happy and will use again.
Took 2 weeks to arrive. After emailing them I was told they were waiting for stock? Something on TV at that moment. I think it'd shocking service

All they are interested in is sending a returns address no customer relations whatsoever strange how they only reply to good reviews which theirs not many I have absolutely no means of being able to return a large air fryer

Ordered product on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday all in good working order. However, there was no confirmation email and I called them to be told the email will arrive once product is sent. I called 2 days later to cancel and they told me it was out for delivery. I received the item, but my phone bill arrived and I was charged £12.42 for approximately 11 minutes call time to them. Not good customer service. Really annoyed at call charges
I got a item from best direct and when came it did not work there said I can send it back but it will cost me £6.99 for postage I ask for supervision to call me and no one bothered call me I have contacted PayPal about this

As an older person I am not confidant ordering on line,
but it was very easy and straightforward. I didn't wait long for my delivery, it was well wrapped and my air fryer is working wonderful. I have to get used to different time settings as I'v only used gas but what I have cooked has been excellent. Thank you
Great product. Fast Delivery. A part was missing, but was despatched as soon as I called them, and arrived very quickly. Very happy with the oven.

Item did fit, so send back within 2 days, on next day delivery.
Phone them up after one week saying refund will be 7 days. Call again refund in five days. Email them so many times. Call them again, they said no item returned, so I give tracking number. We have item, so refund should be 2 to 3 days. Still nothing, so got PayPal to sort out my refund which they did. Very poor service this time.
Very bad experience. I ordered for velform cross compression shaper 2x1- body shaper from Best Direct two days ago. I paid full payment and I also paid for the delivery. Up till now, I haven't received any acknowledgement receipt email nor have I received any email on when I will be receiving the items that I ordered. I don't think I will purchase things from Best Direct again.
Meanwhile, I ordered for TCL tablet from eBay last night and it is free delivery. I received an acknowledgement receipt email last night and I received another email this morning that the item is posted. I am yet to receive an acknowledgement receipt for items that I paid for from Best Direct two days ago, how disappointing! I will really appreciate, if Best Direct refund my money.
I ordered from Best Direct, but I changed my mind and asked to return the items which are unopened, but they claimed to have moved address and will send a returns label soon. It’s now been over month and still not received a returns label. I rang over the phone and spoke to a manager called Daniel who said he would call back but it’s been 2 weeks later and still not heard back.

This product is sold as being able to cover tattoos and spider veins, I can whole heartedly tell you it doesn't.
I was very excited to get a product that would make my legs look better for the summer and have been left more than disappointed by this product and Best Direct, to the point if anyone asks would I use either again the answer is an overwhelming, no, this is a company that makes money based on its returns policy.
Having received the product and followed the instructions to the letter I can safely say it covered nothing, not even small blemishes.
I applied 7 coats of the cream and still I could see blemishes and spider veins. It claims it wont come off on clothes, yet after an hour it was still wet, despite waiting the allotted time between each coat.
This all feels like the product if either not fit for purpose or faulty but can you get your money back from BestDirect, not a chance. As soon as you open the product you can not send it back which makes the 30 day money back guarantee they advertise completely useless and I am now stuck out of pocket with a product that just doesn't work.
Would I ever buy from BestDirect again, no never, the reason this is their best selling cosmetic product is that no one can return it!
