I give -200 stars if I could,SCAM company.send you a "tracking" number that is fake then ignore your msg as to where the item is.they are not a NZ company AVOID AT ALL COST.now have to fight for a refund through afterpay

I received my tablet after a month, it was supposed to come with a cover, rung customer Services, vwas told that the supplier would need proof, had to take a photo and send it through to them and to wait 7 days, today was the third time that I emailed them, and the normal response is that they still haven't heard from the supplier and thank you for your patience. As I reiterated to this company, never again will I buy from their China based company again. I also added that I would return the tablet and get a full refund and to please give me an address to send it too, nothing was mentioned about this. It's bloody lousy for this day and age!
Seriously my advice - DONOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Ships from China, not NZ like the website says. Website and FAQ are full of lies. Customer service also lie through their teeth.

Brought a car camera for our baby that died after using it for less than two months. It took weeks to find their contact details which do not come up if you click “contact us” on their website. It then it took constant reminders and follow ups to even get a response to my email. Thankfully I got the refund and it’s cleared into our account (which I wasn’t hopeful for) I will never use this site ever again.

This site deceives customers by portraying as NZ based and also my order never arrived, its been more than two weeks now and no response from support even sending multiple emails. I would recommend not using them.

It says parcel was delivered and sign off for but I never received my parcel. Total rip off 300$$$ went to waste.

I recently brought a TV cabinet from best deals on behalf of my partner and thought leave a review.
After making the purchase, the following day I happen to look at the reviews and became worried I may not get my product and have such horrible service like the other reviews.
But I am very impressed I emailed to cancel as I didn't think it would come through at the time it was to late to cancel and received my tracking number instead, and was told if we still don't want it before the 30 day return I could return it.
Product turned up 4 days total, track n trace worked and product is home very pleased and I will shop here again.

What a joke, taken the money and still haven't seen the goods 1 week after purchasing item. When you click on track order or contact us, it comes up a blank. Some dodgy crap going on.

3 weeks still no delivery of product. Tracking number doesn't work and no courier details... haven't responded to emails when called she said will check with shipping then just disconnected call... beginning to believe this is a scam, approaching bank now to see if they can reverse payment due to possible scam..

Shocking customer service when challenged on their service she hung up on me. Told on phone dispatch was from auckland the next day courier 2-3 days buyer beware they then refer you to the website and say 10 days!

I bought two single house beds for my two year old twin girls, I didn't read the reviews until afterwards and then I started to worry but everything was perfect I have absolutely nothing to fault! I would highly recommend buying from this website I would definitely buy from them again. A lot of people are giving bad reviews and saying their products came from China but I'm sure mine came from a warehouse in North Island. I made the $649.00 purchase last Wednesday 21st August, I got sent an conformation email straight afterwards, the next day I got another email with tracking and on Friday the 23rd I received another email saying the beds had been shipped and on their way from ZEAWAYS. The following Monday on the 26th the beds were out for delivery with Post Haste. That morning the beds turned up so it only took 3 working days since date of purchase for them to arrive. I was super impressed at how fast they had arrived. If you are hesitant from purchasing from Best Deals i say "Go ahead" you won't be disappointed! they are definitely not a scam website and they are reliable! :) 10/10

I ordered my 2 daughters tablets that they saved the money themselves for on the 4th of August.
It cost us $210.
I contacted them on the 16th asking the whereabouts as the tracking number doesn't work.
I was told to contact them on the 27th.
I contacted them today buy was told I will now have to wait 10 to 15 days for them to conduct an investigation.
I just want my kids money back now, but can't seem to contact anyone to talk too.

**Be aware this company is very misleading. They Imply they are a NZ company that distributes from their Auckland warehouse. What they don't say it is via China. They also claim on their website that items are dispatched the next day NOT TRUE!. It was a week before I got a tracking in number which doesn't work and I've tried to call numerous times with no answer. It's been nearly two weeks and still no product. I have a child's birthday party tomorrow and I'm going without a gift. Thinking I had plenty of time for the present to arrive in time as I was buying in NZ. Really disappointed and will NEVER by this misleading company ever again. I have a feeling this is a scam!!

Electric golf trundler with remote control. After 10 months the tyres shredded. It took me six weeks to get a refund after many many emails and threats of legal action from me. Customer services responses were mostly platitudes and cut and paste phrases which did not answer my specific questions. Very poor. I will not buy from this company again.

I brought a flip top cellphone for my mum. I got the flip top cellphone today. The phone was left in the mailbox. I did send an email to try and cancel the phone no one got back to me. There was no return of address to send the flip top cellphone back. My mum is getting up there and she said no she didn't want a flip top cellphone.

Breast cancer pillow.
This item was ordered well within 15days estimated arrival time for my mastectomy however I was well into recovery time before it arrived hence of no use to me AND I had ordered specifically a neutral gray colour and the cushion that was sent was a shocking bright purple!
On requesting a refund and instructions where to return pillow, I was told to keep the pillow and they would give me $10!
I'll suggest they donate the $10 to Breast Cancer as I intend to offer the unopened cushion over social media to anyone in need of it along with a warning with dealing with "Best Deals "

Just a drop shipping scammer claiming dispatch the next day from a warehouse in Auckland when it's been 5 days and the shipping company in CHINA hasn't even picked my order up yet.

Can't find the courier details when they give you your tracking number? That's because it's coming via a CHINA COURIER so of course they don't give you that information.

Do not order from them you might as well go direct through temu it will be cheaper and it could be faster shipping as well. So disappointed with their false information.

BRILLIANT. FANTASTIC. Initially I did an incorrect order. Cancelled immediately and money back in my account 3 days later. Re-ordered the product correctly. It arrived TWO DAYS LATER. The product was BETTER THAN EXPECTED. It is robust, well made and exactly if not better than expected. Will ABSOLUTELY order again. Thank You.
