I have dealt with BestCarBuyer on 4 separate occasions. I have never been disappointed - offered a price and the price has been confirmed. The sale process has been slick and professional. In rhe latest instance, I provided additional data on the car and spoke to Lauren Fleetwood. Lauren dealt with everything really well and I secured an improved price. Lauren provided 5 star service and Im very grateful
Online system valued my car at 14k and I selected date for collection. No one came. Then I was asked to call to provide more info and it devalued at 13k although there was nothing worse in the answers to cause this. I then approached another motor trading company and same car was valued and sold for more than bestcarbuyer's offered price. So overall it was waste of time dealing with this company.
