opaque envelopes - arrived in good condition and are as expected. the free sample I requested took about 2 months to arrive (I had actually made an order by that time) but other than that, no problems.

Order was mistakenly for one envelope…
Order was mistakenly for one envelope at 28p and were charged £9 for delivery. When we tried to cancel were told it was already dispatched.
Why wasn’t order verified/questioned?
The delivery notes show two stamps of. He king, why no query. Poor service and never use it again ever.
