Recommend!
Alice, and colleagues made a great job. They guided us properly, and tolerated all our wishes. The badges are just we dreamed of. All follow up was great, but I recommend to choose courier transport instead of Royal Mail (took long time to get the parcel). Even if delay was not only occured by Royal mail- buit next time I will surely choose courier.

It was easy enough to set up the design, upload and pay.
I only knocked off a star due to a bit of a communication blip at one point - but it was all resolved
My students loved them!

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
Having looked through the emails, it looks as though the issue was to do with a delay in communication because your emails were being sent to spam so the customer advisor did not see them come through. Unfortunately, this can happen occasionally but this is out of our control.
Communication was resumed once the emails had been found in spam and the delivery date was quickly rectified to meet your deadline. If there is ever a delay in communication, please call or chase info@bestbadges.co.uk so we can double check if the emails have come through.
Kind regards,
Best Badges

These guys have been consistently great over the past 15 years that I've used them.
They are always willing to discuss colour and style before making the product and sending it out when they say they will.
