Unreliable, would not recommend. We booked a round trip transfer from airport to resort, and paid a deposit. This company never followed up to request our return details. I asked them when I booked transfer if they needed pickup times for the return, and they never responded. I emailed them two days before return date to confirm pick up times, and they never responded. Tried again the day before, and when I did not receive a response by 5:00 pm local time, I made other arrangements. They also refused to refund the $20 I had overpaid since they did not provide the return transfer. I gave them more than one star since the transfer to the resort was satisfactory.

We have used Best Antigua twice, once in 2024 and again in October 2025. On both occasions the service has been excellent. Easy to book online, communication is excellent and the drivers are lovely. We will be using them again when we visit in 2026

We took the service from the airport to St James Club and back. We were total,y satisfied. I booked online before the trip. When we arrived in Antigua, the car was saying for us. When we were returning to the airport, the driver was very punctual. Both drivers were very pleasant
We had very nice conversations about the beautiful island. The price was fair. We would definitely book with this service again!

This is an excellent transfer company, I chose them to transport my entire family,14 of us, back and forth from the Airport to Royalton.They are the most economical of all the transfer companies recommended and most reliable.Met at the airport with two quality vans and friendly drivers,same on the return to the airport a week later.I highly recommend this service, provides peace of mind .

The booking of transfer was very straightforward and followed up with confirmation emails.
There was some confusion when arriving at the airport as we couldn’t find our driver with our name on a sign where we were told they would be. We needed to ask a company outside the terminal and they rang the Antigua number given on our information so we could be united with the driver.
The return transport was fine and again communication on pick up times was good.

I booked from the UK, because the travel agent prices were excessive. Both the journeys from and to the airport were in immaculately clean and modern vehicles, with efficient and courteous drivers. On time and comfortable. Excellent

Best Antigua was absolutely awesome from booking, to pick up and drop off. Calvin and Gail were amazing to work with and were both very communicative about pick ups both ways. JT was our driver each way, was super friendly and we felt more than safe the whole time. Great driver!

I would use Best Antigua over and over!
