BCS has provided me with a safe and friendly working environment where I am able to progress. The management team have and continue to support my professional development whilst also being proactive in dealing with any concerns I may have. They continue to strive to ensure that the hub culture is both, encouraging and empowering. In the 2 years that I have been with BCS, I have always felt that my work has been appreciated and acknowledged.

I have been working with BCS as a PCN Pharmacist for just under a year and it has been the best decision I have made so far, career-wise.
The management team and all my colleagues are really nice, approachable and supportive. It's a nice change from community pharmacy. There is a real positive and homey vibe at the hub.
BCS feels like a second family and I would definitely recommend BCS to anyone who's interested in PCN work, whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience.

The culture here at BCS is next to none! The management team have gone out of their way to create a culture that ensures that everyone feels supported and welcomed and it is a joy to work for BCS!! There a numerous initiatives in place to support me in my role as a pharmacist both personally and professionally! There are numerous opportunities available at BCS as i have since progressed into a management role since starting as a PCN pharmacists without any primary care experience 2 years ago. The mentorship i have received from my colleagues has allowed me to understand & be part of the vision at BCS in supporting the next generation of primary care pharmacists

I have not come across a work place and environment with this type of culture where the values, morals & vision of the business are so embedded in everything they do.

It has been an eye opener to know such companies still exist which welcome innovation & an adaptive approach which creates a sense inclusiveness across all levels of the company.

A proactive approach as opposed to reactive has definitely been adopted at BCS but has been executed time and time again.
