Here at The Bespoke Candle Company we are a small family run business full of lovely people hand pouring candles, wax melts and reed diffusers in Sutton, Oxfordshire. We strive to produce premium quality home fragrance, which is why we never outsource the manufacture of our products. Keeping our passion close to home means we can make exceptional products at an exceptional standard to fill your home with beautiful fragrance. We offer an array of glorious fragrances and designs, from summery Polkadots, to elegant and luxurious Wonderwicks. We are truly passionate about helping other independent businesses by sourcing materials from British suppliers where possible. We take pride in supporting our valued retailers and love to work closely with them, helping bring the best return on investment. Our customers are very important to us, and so we endeavour to provide outstanding customer service paired with top quality home fragrance. All of our candles are Vegan, Palm Oil free, GMO free and do not contain ingredients which are tested on animals. As well as this, our containers and packaging are recyclable so you can help us to look after the environment. All our candles are lovingly blended and hand-poured, using natural wax with 100% natural essential oils and sustainable fragrance oils. We regularly update our scents to match the seasons and make you happy!

Steer clear. 2 orders never arrived

Made 2 separate orders via Etsy. Items Never arrived. Seller didn’t respond or help. Had to claim back via Etsy.
Edit- I have proof from Royal Mail that my first order wasn’t delivered. The replacement you apparently sent I never got tracking for. I placed a second order with you and that never even got dispatched.
You’re insinuating that I’m a liar which just isn’t true. I have not received any products from your company.
I had good faith in your company after messaging before ordering and you completely threw my trust away.

Reviewing the information on hand it seems your parcels was delivered by Royal Mail as shown on Etsy. Etsy provides a service for any customers to claim back their money back as a guarantee if the customer has an issue with the item that was ordered. In your case On the information we had from Etsy, you received your order along with the replacement and a refund from Etsy. This is being investigated internally with both parties to prevent such claim being submitted for a small business to lose products in such circumstances. Bad customer service

Ordered from this company via Etsy. Refused to refund me when items not delivered. Tracking number showed order not received. More or less accused me of fraud. Eventually I received my refund from Etsy itself. Would NEVER deal with this company again.

Just blocked me for asking for my prize

I won a Competition that he was running at Christmas in collab with another small business, I never received my prize, no tracking was given and he blocked me on social media. He also had the prize from the other business who have kindly given me a replacement.

Not really a good way to do business

Luxurious candles at an affordable cost.

I received my package last week from the bespoke candle company. The box it arrived in looked very luxurious, everything was wrapped perfectly, there were even branded chocolates which were a thoughtful touch. There was an ever so slight dent in one cardboard box around the candle but everything else was immaculate.

The candles smell glorious and I have began burning one already. The scent has filled the room. I also ordered a fragrance spray and some candle waxes. I am more than happy with everything.

I will be ordering more for gifts

So happy with my order

So happy with my order from this lovely business. Arrived quickly and packed with care. The body lotion smells beautiful as do the wax melts and candle, would make a lovely gift for someone, if you could bear to part with it! Thank you for the extra little surprise you added too 😊

As soon as you open the box you can…

As soon as you open the box you can smell the candle! Such a gorgeous product, I can’t recommend the black plum and rhubarb enough it’s gorgeous. I love candles and but many but this is now my favourite. It also comes presented in a beautiful box. Thank you so much

Excellent handmade products

I love this company

I love this company! I got the candle cashmere and it smells amazing I also got a room spray and it is really nice

The packaging as well it’s beautiful I’ve actually reused packaging as a decor peace in my house because it is so nice
