The whole process from ordering my plates to delivery was flawless good communication very happy with my 4d plates highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs
Set plates bought as present after some months numbers fell off my son who bought them for me just bought another set
And recently number fell off them as the police stopped me to inform me
I then got in touch with company myself
Who then told there’s no guarantee
What a disgrace the letters or numbers should never have fallen off there should be a fail safe system we’re that can’t happen

Second time using this company. The product is really good at a great price, although I found a few things unclear on the website, the staff were fast to respond and polite and helpful. All in all a good experience.

Really easy instructions on the website- bit of a pain that you have to post your documents to them but all was good. Received plates next working day after Docs were received.

Bought 4d gel plates, which lasted 2 years.

The laminate on the rear plate peeled off, letting water in between the layers, looked awful!

On the front plate, the top (gel) of one of the numbers came off when the car was being cleaned. Also noticed that some of the letters arent fully stuck on to the plate. Had to replace the plates after 2 years from an alternative supplier.

Would expect better quality plates for the price i have paid.

This is the second time I’ve bought 4d plates from this company and once again there excellent, highly recommend

Ordered plate holders. They didn’t come, I emailed to request information and was ignored. Scam company.

Just received my first set 4d plates for my campervan, over the moon with them.The quality is supurb, communication and delivery supurb. This is the 5th set of plates from bespoke for me and the wife, wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 STARS🌟

Terrible service asked for a refund as I don’t have the correct documents to verify as it was a present for my mum. They don’t make the plates until they receive them and I still haven’t had a refund or even an email back.

I am not at first rodeo with Bespoke Plates. They are absolutely professionals. After they’ve received my documents the plates have been crafted and within 1 day I’ve got my plates and documents. The plates are high quality made.

Avoid them at all costs, sent me the wrong order and followed to ignore all whatsapp messages. Con artists.

Bespoke Plates produced a set of 3-D plates for my father-in-law‘s birthday. They really looked smart.. real quality. Since it was a surprise, we really appreciated them arriving exactly when Bespoke Plates said they would. I would use this service again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to Adam K for his lightning quick responses.

These guys made no arguments when I asked if they would give me a refund for some plates I’d ordered even though they could’ve refused. Great response will definitely order with them again.

Excellent service! Plates arrived within a week.
Not sure about some other bad reviews regarding this company but I can only go with my experience and it was 5 star.
I little annoying having to send your documents and not being able to scan but I understand that’s the requirement.
I will be using again!

Proper con man company, don’t give you all the information you need to make a worth while purchase then after taking your money they then tell you you actually need to supply documentation for the order to even happen, do not use this company if you are purchasing for a gift or for some one else they take your money then refuse to reply to you or give you a refund. Disgusting customer service

This is the second time I’ve used Bespoke Plates and both times I have been very impressed with the quality and standard of service. But due to regulations and procedures it has definitely delayed the delivery process so unless you are not in any hurry please use Bespoke Plates they are worth the wait and hassle it would be much easier to be able to have photos taken or scan documents to get them verified.
