We recently hired this Beservices to diagnose a problem

We recently hired this Beservices to look at our leaking water boiler. The technician arrived, said there were broken parts and it needed to be completely replaced, he then turned off the system claiming "it was dangerous to use". He charged his service as an "intervention" for 220 euros and 5 minutes work, after what was a simple diagnosis of the problem and much cheaper. A very loud and unpleasant person to deal with. I see others have experienced the same. Please avoid this company.
