Bad experience with Bescon

Our VVE chose Lamon (BESCON company) to work on the insulation of our building crawl space in Amsterdam.

We had a very bad experience with them.

Not reachable on the phone, not replying to emails, 3 months delays while our building entrance was in a very bad state. We had to 'chase' them for them to come back again and finish the work. It took 4 months more than they promised, and Bescon was chosen due to the promise of fast delivery..

No report of what was being done.

And the worst, is they damaged the entrance floor/carpet and skirting boards to reach the crawl space, and they refused to take responsibility repair or pay for its repair (as low as 200 euros)

Would not recommend!
