Excellent customer service!

AVOID - DONT BUY

AVOID. DONT BUY FROM BERTSCHAT - I've had two pairs of the heated trousers ( a pair costs £150) and both pairs stopped working after a light, short period of use. Having two separate pairs fail is not bad luck—it's a serious quality issue. The first one was replaced under warranty but the second replacement pair also broke after less than 2 months and customer service only solution is to just buy another pair.

For a product sold on the promise of durability and reliable heating for "winter sports, cycling and work wear" - this is completely unacceptable. The quality is clearly poor, and I have no confidence in the product's longevity.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to avoid the brand / the heated trousers and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this product. Customer service are polite and very responsive but provide no solution on what is clearly a product fault.

Save your money and buy from a manufacturer with better reliability and customer confidence.

Totally rubbish for snowboarders

Stitching interfering with toes.
Switch off randomly.
Customer service told us it's our problem.
Look elsewhere for socks.
Zero stars if I could.
Waste of 100 quid

Only slippery roads remain …

… a valid excuse to not use my bicycle to commute to work. Cold hands -which was my other excuse- are a thing of the past now thanks to the heated Bertschat gloves. Recommended!
(One note of caution: the measurement tabled for the gloves turned out incorrect in my case - instead of the projected XL I ended up needing a 3XL)

Avoid. Poor customer service

Received a faulty product and had to pay to return!! Customer service advisor suggested I send back and reorder on 'premium delivery' at an extra cost but offered no codes against the extra.
It has put me off replacement as I'd have to pay AGAIN to return if the next set of gloves are faulty.

Great supplier and product

I could not find any review from Slovakia so I was a bit afraid. Supplier is great, informed me about delivery and sent trucking to follow the package. I bought heated gloves with high battery capacity. I am really satisfied with the goods, too.

Not very happy that I had to pay for…

Not very happy that I had to pay for postal charges to send back to them a defective item. Should they have a quantity control system that make sure that their goods are working properly before selling them or absorbing their own faulty item.

Heated socks & gloves are fantastic!

Their heated socks and gloves can't be beat! I have used them for three winters already and they consistantly keep out the cold. The battery life is amazing. I can highly recommend these products!

Heated Gloves PRO - Dual Side Heating

I bought the Heated Gloves PRO – Dual Heating with the extra 3000 mAh battery pack as a 2025 Christmas present for my wife, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The gloves, like nothing else previously, solved a years-old issue of Raynaud's disease.

We tested them properly in January in Tirol, so real winter conditions - cold, snow, and long days outdoors. The gloves performed exceptionally well. The heating is strong, even, and reliable, even at the medium setting. The extra battery pack was our comforting backup, but we actually never used it during one day.

The gloves are comfortable, well-made, and do exactly what they promise. My wife was genuinely impressed (and warm!), which is the best test of all.

Highly recommended for anyone who spends time outside in cold weather or is looking for a high-quality winter gift.

I purchased some heated gloves as I…

I purchased some heated gloves as I work outside and I have heart failure which the medication gives me really bad raynards and I had a issue with one of my gloves and they were a week out of warranty.but the amazing staff was so understanding and sent me a new pair they bent over backwards to help me out and received my gloves in mega time.I couldn’t recommend them enough and will always use them 😊😊😊❤️

I am a motorcycle rider 365/365!

I am a motorcycle rider 365/365 and recently moved on to a much colder area. In the winter I couldn't manage the cold unlit bertchat heated pants and shirt set became my best cloths ever! They are reliable, light weight and very useful. The support of the company is also very helpful. If you have any questions they always gives you the best experience. And even if you have any malfunction in your products (like I did) they responded immediately without any hesitation!!

Bertschat heated socks and heated…

I bought some heated socks and heated gloves from Bertschat. They are both excellent, particularly the gloves. I'm a cyclist who has Renauds, so hands and feet get very cold. Previously, i had used Sealskinz heated gloves but they didnt heat enough for me, so my hands were still cold. The Bertschat gloves are super warm. They work really well for cycling as they come with large batteries. So, far my hands have never been cold in them. They are also flexible enough so that brakes and gears can be operated easily.

I had a problem with one of the gloves and contacted Bertschat about it. They replaced the gloves really quickly. I have had excellent service from them.

Would highly recommend.
