A very good website offering many great products

The customer support answered my questions, fast responses, and even found a solution to a delivery problem I had in my country. Currently waiting for my delivery and ill give an update.

Tested and approved in Lapland! Great gloves to keep your hands warm even in -30c degrees. The battery is long-lasting and the fabric of the gloves is really nice and it fits well. Thank you for saving my always freezing cold hands, now they will finally stay warm! 🙏🏼😄

Next day delivery! Incredible! I’ve been using the BERTSCHAT dual heating for a while now, and they’ve exceeded my expectations.

I am a motorcycle rider 365/365 and recently moved on to a much colder area. In the winter I couldn't manage the cold unlit bertchat heated pants and shirt set became my best cloths ever! They are reliable, light weight and very useful. The support of the company is also very helpful. If you have any questions they always gives you the best experience. And even if you have any malfunction in your products (like I did) they responded immediately without any hesitation!!

Chose these guys over cheap Chinese heated clothing and I feel its no better.The vest I purchased was to watch football and on a full charge only lasted an hour on the medium setting despite a full charge.I also tried to charge my i phone from the £60 power bank and this failed too.I spoke to customer service who are very unhelpful. I then emailed the company and was met with the reply that "not all phones work with the power banks that they supply".I tried three different phones, I phones and Android and neither worked despite advertising on their website that this was the case.
All in all a disappointing experience and a disappointing product.

I bought some heated socks and heated gloves from Bertschat. They are both excellent, particularly the gloves. I'm a cyclist who has Renauds, so hands and feet get very cold. Previously, i had used Sealskinz heated gloves but they didnt heat enough for me, so my hands were still cold. The Bertschat gloves are super warm. They work really well for cycling as they come with large batteries. So, far my hands have never been cold in them. They are also flexible enough so that brakes and gears can be operated easily.

I had a problem with one of the gloves and contacted Bertschat about it. They replaced the gloves really quickly. I have had excellent service from them.

Would highly recommend.

Spoke to the customer service prior to my purchase, lady was very friendly and advised me. Items received the next day. Although I needed a size up once again I was assisted promptly and within 3 days I had the correct size. In a world where customer service is mostly done by bots nowadays, you can count on professionals here. 5 stars!

Bought a heated hoodie for my wife at Christmas. Excellent product- very well made and easy to use. Only slight negative was delay with courier from base but in fairness it was Christmas.

I contacted Bertschat for details about the heated bike seat cover. I got my questions answered immediately and I ordered their product. I cannot speak for the product just yet but Michiel at the customer service was very helpful.

Michiel gave me the best customer support when I was trying to decide on which heated gloves would benthe best option for my mom that suffers Raynaud's syndrome in her hands and fingertips.
That btw I didn't know that the heating zones can be adjusted independently of each other. So you can set the top warmer than the bottom and vice versa. The heating of the PRO is the same at the top as the Dual Heating. The Dual Heating has an additional heating zone at the bottom from the hand to the fingertips.

I wanted to buy heated cycling gloves and Bertschat was one of two companies that got my attention.
I have not received the gloves yet but I am over the moon with the Bertschat customer service.
Every question that I asked them by mail was answered the next day on a detailed and professional way.
That was the reason I bought the heated gloves of Bertschat instead of the other premium company.

Had 3 batteries replaced, they would replace the battery and customer service was helpful but every-time a new one arrived it wouldn't charge.

I contacted Bertschat this morning by email about a faulty battery pack I purchased last month. They replied straight away and are having a new one posted out to me.
