Really nice bag, helpful and cheerful staff, great company.

Bought a bag from their Le Monceau Daily Bag range which was reduced from £60 to £29.90 with a free gift worth £20.00. When the bag finally arrived it was unbranded and with no labels attached, it looked like it had come from a Chinese market and the free gift was a load of tat. The refund policy is a nightmare to deal with. They offered me £15.00 for postage and admin fees which I had to pay for a full refund or keep the bag and receive a 30% refund. Do not waste your money with this company.

I’m giving Berthierparis a well deserved 5 stars rating for its Customer Service staff’s professionalism, efficiency, attentiveness, excellent communicator and friendliness towards their customers.

I am thrilled with my Berthier Paris bag. I bought it for a trip to Egypt and it certainly has exceeded my expectations. I love the contrasting colour trim and the optional shoulder strap is so useful.
Although a compact-looking bag it has a great deal of space, with two external zip pockets and side pockets too. Communication from the company was excellent and the bag was beautifully packaged. Another purchase is definitely on the horizon as this is a trustworthy company I am pleased to say.
