I had a terrible buying experience with…
I had a very disappointing purchasing experience with this company. An error was made with the amount charged, and I was then asked to pay an additional $59 AUD without being provided with a proper invoice. This raised serious concerns regarding the security and transparency of my purchase.
As a business, it would have been more appropriate to take responsibility for the mistake rather than place the burden on the customer. Unfortunately, this approach has not only damaged my confidence in the transaction but may also affect any future business I would have considered with your company.

Gave a few freebies/gifts.
Only downside I see for others is that they use sendle from time to time and the reviews for sendle have not been amazing, but overall my experience was great!
