Worst hair ever. Save your hard earned money .
China based , selling plastic cheap hair as human hair then lies to the customer . Manager speaks no English. They got angry with me when I made a complaint about the substandard bad quality of the hair. Tangles and Matt’s and left me with an allergic reaction. They just want your money and don’t care.

This company is based mainly in China and they have a base in USA too. My girlfriend purchased hair from China called Berrys fashion hair. It is the worst hair I have seen on her head . The hair looks wiggy. Feels like it’s not even human hair . It’s stiff , itchy and feels fake . I told her to throw this bad hair in the bin and she did . We found a better company with better quality hair . The customer service in Berrys hair are extremely rude and they put the blame on the customer when its them that are selling fake hair . No refund or exchange offered to us. Rude company . Bad hair .

I used to use this company several years ago when they had good quality hair. Not any more , I purchased hair last week and it was terrible . They sell as human hair but this is clearly a synthetic mess. When I contacted customer support they called me a liar and refused a refund after spending over £400. They are based in china s d Also on Ali express .
Avoid this rude company if you don’t want Terriibke quality hair .
