SCAM, FRAUD!
STAY AWAY! The manager Ari is a coward taking orders then going missing with people’s hard earned money. All I wanted was a service provided for a special occasion. There are far better florists with great customer service around. Please save yourself the hassle this company soon will be going bust. They don’t have a phone number, or email address or opening timings on Google? I should’ve known better. I placed and order, no confirmation. So I used the whatsap number to contact the manager who said he received my order it’s confirmed and will be delivered by 6pm. No show and no communication, he’s gone missing now. Diabolical behaviour. Wha is the need to do this to people? I was sending special occasion flowers and told the recipient to keep an eye on the door bell as the will recover something by 6pm. Waited all day and I felt so embaressed.

I ordered same-day delivery through Floom and the assigned florist was Bernard Rochet. Two days later the flowers still haven’t been delivered. The recipient was present and was never called. Floom support told me they had contacted the florist but were waiting for an answer from the manager that never came, even two days later. I decided to directly write to the support address of Bernard Rochet and to try to call them, yet I never received an answer nor was I able to talk to anyone. Eventually I had to order somewhere else, and was told by Floom I would only get my money back after ten working days. My time was wasted, my money blocked, and the surprise ruined because Bernard Rochet accepted an order that they did not even try to fulfill.
