Just a quick shout out to the team at the Penrith store. A book I had ordered online was incorrect and despite it not being any fault of their own, they were eager to help and rectified the situation. Great customer service and nice to be buying books in a shop again!
Great rare bookseller. Book conditions match, transparent in their transactions, quick to ship, very polite in their communication. I ordered a copy of “Pan’s Daughter”, by Nevill Drury: Mandrake, 2013, Expanded and Enlarged Edition from them at a reasonable price, while every other “bookshark” online was charging exorbitant and uncalled for amounts. I’m very pleased with them and highly recommend them. Even with overseas costs, their prices, quality, and customer service is well worth it.
