Major SCAM company. They have gone completely silent when I kept asking them status of my withdrawal. Total fraud. Watch out for copy traders like Tyler Wilson of optiondrops who showed big fake profits and made commissions of me. Unethical guy is now refusing to pay back the money he made from cheating me
Was told that I had to pay the trader up front 10% before the funds were released. Customer service is slow but has anyone payed the up front 10% and received the funds? That is my main concern.
Horrible company. It is literally a scam I contacted the FBI investigation department to try and shut them down. If someone from this company contacts you or try’s to get you to use it run as fast as you can. They will say they are an escrow company but will make you keep paying them and never allow you to withdrawal money. LITERALLY A SCAM. STAY AWAY
You will never get your money back. Initiated a withdraw on December 10th. After 8 business days it is still pending. Messaged them on the 20th and have had no reply.
Update 12/24/24 ... Have sent more messages to them with no reply.
Update 12/31/24... No reply at all!
Update 1/6/25... No reply at all!
Update 2/10/25... Still no reply at all! This is a scam and they will take your money.
I have contacted support via their chat interface multiple times now and have not gotten a response for days, while their banner says "We respond immediately".
You are not able to make trades nor view the trades being made if you are copy trading unless you deposit $30,000.
Any profits made from copy trading are held in a separate "PNL Wallet" that you don't have direct access to, and can't withdraw or roll over the balance to your account until you have reached a 'Profit Threshold' set by the trader you are copying.
Finally I attempted to withdraw my principle balance and it has been in 'Pending' status for over 48 hours. Again tried support and no answer.
Starting to feel like I fell for a scam.......
Update 12/05/25:
The customer support chat option had been removed from their website completely now leaving no way to contact them. My withdraw is STILL pending with on sign of being released. This update comes after their reply. Pretty sure its a scam at this point. Just glad I didn't invest that much.

According to them, they respond immediately to messages. I've gone 4 days without a response, I do not understand why they don't communicate well with me.
It's well know that, the platform gets slow or unresponsive as soon the market gets hot or my gains rise, can't trade in those conditions, I did send complaints and suggestions to the support.
I am sure that they can see my trades and monitor all I do and the amount in my account and trade against their customers.
But all deposit and withdrawals where fast.

I have been a user for quite some time and satisfied as a copy trader. The support is agile and responsive. It was kind of complicated but i'm glad i had the right guide.
