I don't know what happened to this BRB. I haven't heard from them for about 2 years now and they owe me 2 trips for 2 persons.
Anyone knows how to get in touch with them or to contact them.

Signed upto this subscription site some years ago. Recently they reached out saying that they were having to close down but that our funds would be returned. They last replied to me in April stating that funds would be returned in the coming ‘days or weeks’. Still nothing.

Disappointed by the complete dishonesty. Will be escalating this legally.

Company now in Administration, Despite assurances that our funds saved were safe the Administrators appear to be trying to disprove that presumably on the basis of payments to larger creditors. What do we all do?

Signed up before the pandemic and paid the subscription for a whole year without a chance to use it - I asked for a refund and to pause my account which they done on the same day.
I have now been on 2 holidays with them which have been in great locations. Customer service is brilliant and they are always quick at getting back to me.

A holiday you don't need to stress about!

I can't say enough how easy this holiday was, and I did not feel stressed at all and all my needs were met.

Very happy! I opted for a staycation and they sent me to a place I'd asked for on my list with a central 4-star hotel. Would 100% do this again.

I joined brb after I moved to the UK, as it seemed the ideal way to explore Europe. And they have not disappointed. Ellis has been very helpful and friendly. They have sent me to amazing destinations which I would never have gone to. Would highly recommend their service.

BeRightBack is excellent in organising the trips for members. I am always pleasantly surprised by the destinations chosen by BRB, the hotels’ location are great, and the communications from BRB is also brilliant - thank you!

I enjoyed my trip to sunny Malta, at a time when the U.K. was still quite wintry.
No problem with flights, despite Covid. On arrival at MLA I couldn’t find my vaccination certificate on my phone, but the lady at the desk was helpful and found it for me.
The hotel is new and so clean and convenient. The staff seemed to be stil learning their jobs, especially the breakfast service. Room tidying and cleaning is faultless.
The hotel is well placed for tourist buses and boats, which start from across the road. The view of the harbour from the hotel is magnificent.

Due to the pandemic and not being able to travel I put two trips together so I visited two countries! Had a blast! Took me places I never even thought I’d visit!! Great locations for the hotels- right in the city centres! What a trip!

Very easy to use and great customer service. Answers emails promptly and will cater to any requirements sent to them. Brilliant idea, seeing places and having holidays id never find the time for if I had to book myself. Good value for money, something to look forward 3 times a year. Absolutely fantastic.

Most amazing trip! I booked a trip with BRB for my 30 birthday, I couldn't choose better! Yes, maybe I would be able to organise the whole trip for cheaper (I ended up in Barcelona, city that I absolutely love), but the excitment and the fact that my whole workplace have been waiting for a postcard with me - you can't put the tag on it! Totally stress-less, beautiful trip, great customer service!
Hotel - was just amazing, great, clinical clean (honestly when I opened my room I felt bad about sitting on my bed, it was so clean, tidy and beautiful). A bit far from the centre of Barcelona (6-8 minutes on a train), but apart from that - the trip of my life. Will definietly use BRB again!

Amazing trip and all information easily accessible. Hotel was nice and had nice views of Valletta. Staff at berightback were really helpful and answered all my queries and worries about travelling during covid. Great service and team and would recommend.

I was incredibly impressed with Berightback. My first trip was cancelled and they worked with me to arrange a new one at no extra cross and the whole thing was stress free. The trip itself was wonderful and it was great to be able to travel again.

BRB Travel have always been a pleasure of a company to deal with, everything is fast, efficient, and honest.
I trust them enough to subscribe and have been subscribing for over 2 years now.
I will continue to use them for as long as I want to travel inbetween trips I book myself further afield

The Be Right Back team are incredibly patient, helpful and quick to respond to any queries or concerns (of which admittedly i had plenty due to Covid-19). Particular shoutout to Ellis who was magnificent. Thank you so much!

I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is looking for an easy way to travel around Europe and have a bit of excitement of not knowing where you are going until 1 month before.

I also find it good value for money and commend Ellis on always providing us with the best support as there have been times where things have gone wrong and he has always managed to come to a resolution.

Will certainly be using them for the forseeable future
