I assume if you have no need for client service, Bergwerker can be ok'ish. But if something is wrong and you need their assistance to even clarify info - forget it. Client service is next to non-existant bordering on insulating. I've been waiting for a refund for an item that was on official recall for nearly a month now. AVOID. There's better thing to do with your time than quarrel with these arrogant people.

UPDATE: They filed for bankruptcy. No wonder somehow.

I give 4 stars for the good customer service I experienced with Bergwerker recently, but I cannot give 5 because this retailier uses dynamic pricing, a practice I believe verges on dishonest. I accidentally bought the wrong size baselayer, and when I went to look at the product page, the price of the item had increased, just after I bought it. It was still below the MSRP, but the timing of the price increase was fishy.

Saying that, I emailed them and explained that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and I would like to exchange for a different size, and I'm not sure if it was because of me asking them, but the price went back down and I was able to order the lower size. The refund for the returned item was also very fast.
