Form over functionality
The bag itself is well constructed and very sexy.
Functionality is not on form however :
My 1.2l stainless steel water bottle is just too tall to stand upright
The outer compartment is useless- too tight and too deep- you can’t store anything in there
Have yet to work out how the bottle opener works!
It is awkward to carry using the short handle which is placed in the middle of the lid

Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it when customers share how they feel we could improve.
The outer compartment was designed for smaller items, like your cellphone or car keys to keep them out of the sand or water if you're taking the cooler on an adventure.
Have you tried to use the detachable shoulder strap? This provides an alternative way for people to carry the bag compared to the carry handle if that's not your preference.
We will send you a short video clip on how to use the bottle opener if you haven't managed to work it out.
