In my opinion, Bergfreunde.de is an excellent shopping site. They offer a good variety of items to choose from, and there’s always something on sale if you’re hunting for a deal. Their service is also great—shipments are prompt, and their support system is responsive.

I did have a minor hiccup once with an item missing from my box at delivery, but they resolved it quickly and refunded me in no time. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this shop to others!

Acquire item, fast delivery, information all excellent

Everything flawless. I've ordered scarpa shoes and black/desired color wasn't on the stock. Because I am impatient, I ordered other color and actually they were so fast to stock the black version, I had to call customer service. There is a very nice lady supporting my request to change it (Laura thank you very much). She wasn't able to change my order, but made everything to make it easy for me to send them back and promptly get my refund. I mean overall great experience - I could get a best price for high quality product, very good shipping time and even refund policy is just flawless.
