Ordered Ecco shoes Sunday they arrived Thursday with good updated tracking from Germany all the way to Denmark.

The reason that I only give 4 stars is that I have bought for a big amount without getting any kind of discount. But it is the company politics.

The reson you are not getting 5 stars is that there was a difference in price, 23,63 danish kroner higher.
That is not acceptable altbough was given a voucher of 5 Euro

Problem with confirmation and information, but call center helped wonderfully
Placed my order and made pre payment on the webshop 4 days ago, but haven´t received any confirmation. Difficult to get through phone system, but finally I got through and it turned up, that I was lost in their IT system. The nicest person found me in the system and helped me - so thank you!

Great products, quick delivery
They are quick to deliver and have a great variety of products to great prices! The only downside is returning products you regret you bought! The return system is weird, and badly documented, and there are some fees which seems redicolous! Other than that the service and products are great.
