Easy to book

Easy to book, pricing was transparent. The auditor arrived and completed the task on the appointed day and time, and recertification was completed within a couple of days. Great service, thank you.

I recently used Concave Energy for a BER assessment and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. The assessor was punctual, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. The whole process was clearly explained from start to finish, and the report was delivered promptly with detailed, easy-to-understand recommendations.

Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to providing accurate, high-quality work really stood out. I would highly recommend Concave Energy to anyone looking for a reliable and professional BER assessor.

Great Service

I got in a large number of quotes and quickly. The service was easy to use also. Would highly recommend.

Only issue was that I realised after submitting that I had entered a relevant detail incorrectly and it doesn’t allow you to edit or delete your request yourself which may be something that could be looked at however I did email and they resolved for me swiftly enough.

Used an amazing engineer by the name of Aaron McManus, highly recommend

Unprofessional

I wouldn’t recommend this company after having a recent BER assessment done with them. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it was headache from start to finish. Assessor turned up on the day 2 hours late. Rushed through the whole assessment, knocked down a baby gate then slammed my front door on his way out. I emailed the office to let them know about how my appointment went and they were very apologetic and assured my report would be checked in full. So I left it at that. Then the report wasn’t sent over in time which caused extra me stress in getting it back to my bank in time. No apology for the late report just please see attached. Had the privilege of paying €195 for the experience. Not expecting the red carpet treatment but would have expected the assessor and to turn up for the appointment on time and for the report to be sent over when promised.
