The accessor was hard to get a hold of, emailed, phoned and text. Kept promising to give me a day and did not until several days after he said he was available. Ended up finding another company on my own. A waste of €40.00

We were very lucky to find Aodh on…
We were very lucky to find Aodh on BerCert. He arrived exactly when we agreed and was extremely professional from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, affordable, and completely hassle free.
Aodh really went above and beyond for us. After completing the assessment, he even came back a few days later when we had our seai grant application printed so he could personally sign it for us. That level of service was greatly appreciated.
Overall, a very professional, reliable, and helpful service. I would highly recommend BerCert to anyone who needs a BER assessment.

Don't book it's a scam !
We booked a Ber assessment for 260euro for Monday 9/3/26 they got 40euro which they said was a booking deposit. No one showed up. I've sent an email but no reply. I think it is a scam. Pauline Palmer Dundrum

Easy to use
I found the booking process very easy to follow. I then received some quotes very quickly which I was able to review and select the one that suited me. The follow through on this was great and I was able to get a BER cert done on a day and time that suited me. Very impressed with how smoothly it all went.

Expected the ber assessment to take 1…
Expected the ber assessment to take 1 hour. In the house 25 minutes. Did not go up into the attic just stuck his head in. No explanation of what he was doing. Rushed job for 340 euros. Would advise avoiding this ber assessor. He explained he was very busy that day so that may be reason for his poor service. Definitely not recommended

I was told I’d get a report and it was…
I was told I’d get a report and it was just a tic box report. I expected a more detailed one as I wanted to know how to retain heat eg windows poor. The windows at the back of my home downstairs are triple glazed and only 10 years old. €240 for less than 30 mins in house a waste of money.
