The company sent the wrong order and it was returned. However, they did not refund the cost or replace the order with the correct product. Then they cancelled my membership. The cancellation was fine with me since I was going to cancel it myself. The Detox teas worked fine for a while and then it just became tea. The powdered Collagen product was too sweet and the flavoring wasn't very good. When you use an artificial sweetener you use about half of what you would use if you used sugar.

This company needs to reevaluate their products.. claiming products are natural with an abundance of chemicals... example. Their instant single tea packets, Here's the ingredients(copied and pasted right from their website.)

"Ingredients: A proprietary blend of Malic acid, Citric acid, Natural and artificial flavors, Milk thistle extract, Cassia Angustifolia extract, Marshmallow root extract, Maltodextrin, Potassium citrate, Ascorbic acid, Chamomile extract, Gingera root extract, Persimmon extract, Sucralose, Acesulfame k, Xanthan gum, Papaya root extract, Natural and artificial colors (Blue 1, Red 40, Yellow 6, Yellow 5)"

Yes, there's some natural ones, but you claiming it's a NATURAL DETOX TEA. Sucralose alone causes inflammation in our bodies... which can cause weight gain(seems backwards for a weightloss product)

I emailed them. Telling them my concerns and how bummed I am, was very respectful. And this was their response

First of all, that's not the right product, second of all, I sent you an email telling you about the product and you send me an email back giving me info on the product? The wrong one at that!!
I did respond to them and they responded again with an actual response saying they'll forward the information to the escalated team and get back to me.

We'll see if they get back to me and if anything is done about this...

FWI. I will not be ordering their products. Fake weightloss products to make money off people.. shame on yall!! Working out is going to cause you to lose weight. The question is, where's the proof you lose more while on your fake products??

Very disappointed with this companies customer service. I had 2 months auto deliveries no problem. The 3rd month they charged me on the 1st of August never sent package out until I contacted them asking what my tracking number was on the 13th of August. It was sent out and they say it was delivered but I have yet to receive it on the 3rd of September. Now they have charged me for my September 1st order to which I sent requesting my tracking number already because I do not want another month that my order does not show up!! Depending on how the rectify my issue with missing August order and my September tracking number I will be canceling any future orders with them.

Not nice company. Really scammers and thieves...lying everything and just pretending .very shady like nonsense...

They have a 60-day window to contact customer service in case of shipping issues. Fabulous what a great window for people.

When you have a shipping issue they state on their website you must lodge support ticket 30 days from the date you made the order not the date you received it from and if you do not do within 30 days you don't get a refund.

The site states 100% no risk and money back. I love that, however, 25% of your refund goes to replace goods they sent you. shipping is not covered, and you have to pay them 25 dollars for the shipment if you are sending back the goods. Also, no items will be refunded if it was a "buy one gets one free" deal or any type or promotion will not be refunded.

Bepic completely contradicts itself in black and white on its own site.

In order to get refund, you must lodge a ticket. In the support drop down menu with all common questions for assistance you click on "how lodge a ticket" which takes you page to the page you just came off.

I'm so blessed I got scammed because hopefully if you are reading this you will learn from my mistake. I was so excited to do this I even knew someone who was working with them, so I thought for sure it was legit. the real deal I wish it was as I wouldn't be doing a negative review.

I am so blessed I did not start promoting their product.

I ordered my tablets on the 10/10/2023, kept chasing and was told to be patient. I told them if they didn't arrive i would cancel the order, but apparently you can't as they take no responsibility once it has left them, it now turns out that they have been delivered to my back door, even though you can't access it and it is down to me to chase the courier, who are Evri and never answer. I am now loathed to order anymore. How can they get away with this ! please read the T & C's on delivery before ordering!!!!

I can not say anything about they products as I did not get there to receive my package.
I made my order on 11 November and sice that date I dont have even a tracking number.
I wrote to the support several times about that. They always telling me to have patient but more than this not happend.
So now I wait more to receive my order and write more to the support hopeing that they dont want to cheat me.

Haven’t found better supplements anywhere and now when custumer support has leveled up I am thrilled to see the future of these products!

The functionality of the website and ordering service is not fit for purpose. Customer services do not respond. After 2 weeks silence and still no goods.

Ordered the products June 5th, the payment was deducted about a week later.
As they shipped from the US, VAT was added at the customs - even promised this was not sent from the US - I live in Europe.
The package never arrived as they wrote the wrong delivery address on the package. On the way back to the US, the package got lost.
Now - several months later - they refuse to assist!
They will not send a new package before the first package have arrived to the US location. They will not contact DHL to check where the package is. I'm not able to open a claim/complaint as this have to be done by the seller.

Kindly remember the error is THEY did not write the correct address.

Customer service? They have NO clue what it is!
Might as well be a SCAM company...
