Ordered a jacket from Beotyshow. Expected shipping was to take up to 15 days It has now been a month since my order was placed and I have not received the item. Even worse, I have no way to make contact with the company, since they do not respond to emails even though they list their email address as their means of contact. Additionally, I have no way to investigate shipping of the item, since shipping information was never made available. If you look on YouTube, however, there are multiple Beotyshow reviews. I am not sure what to make of these reviews. At this point, I believe Beotyshow to be a scam. Buyer beware.

Clothing arrived and was similar to what I ordered. The fabric started disintegrating within a day or two of wearing. The fabric is so brittle, it completely tore just pushing up my sleeves. Another pocket just tore out from putting my hand in it. They looked nice un-packed on the table, but didnt survive the first few wearings.
Edit August 2023. While the hoodie pocket did rip and henley shirt above did disintegrate, and Beotyshow was not helpful, the other garments seem to be much sturdier and are worth the price.

Do not order from this company. I purchased a vest on April 17, 2023 and paid $18 extra for five to 7 days of expedited delivery. I have still not received the vest I purchased. It is May 3, 2023.

This is a strange company. First order I placed was shipped immediately and quality was good..so I ordered again. Second order was shipped immediately but I only received one item. I contacted them and they said the second item was shipped separately (no indication of this on their site and no separate tracking #). After a while going back and forth they finally gave me a partial refund…2nd item was never received so I doubt it was ever shipped . I decided to give them one more chance. I placed an order on 4/1 and that’s the last I ever heard from them…their site says 1-2 days to process and today is 4/13. I contacted them several days ago and they said they just need to send it to the post office. I’ll never see my order

First let me say, I have bought a lot from this company, so I know them well. 50% of the time they screw it up, and their service is fair to poor. I think the language difference is part of it, and the fact they must have to deal with so many screw ups! The quality is amazing, not sure why others complain about it. And the prices for the quality are also amazing!!! However, the company is poorly run, not up to US standards. The wrong sizes are sent, and they can't seem to manage their stock, so items are not available and NOBODY, lets you know!! You wait and wait and wait..... for NOTHING! You can also wait days for replies to your queries. Like to gamble? Then you'll love ordering from this company. Too bad, cuz the stuff is excellent at amazing prices. They just don't how to run a business! I can only imagine a company run by kids, would be like Beotyshow.

I ordered a vest.. very poor quality material.. I've returned it but customer service is very poor so I don't know if I'll get my money.

I placed an order for three items on January 20th. The tracking app said that the package was delivered. It was not, and I get no response from them. No new ads from them either.

I ordered three items on impulse from an Instagram ad —A jacket and 2 vests. The “sanded cloth” vest that arrived looks like it was made from the felt children use for arts and crafts projects and it was at least 2 sizes oversized. Buyer beware - return/refund options are limited and expensive. One item didn’t arrive and I am still waiting a week later. No shipper in the package to even let me know what’s going on. Poor unprofessional communication from support. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this store/vendor and I wish had seen reviews here before purchasing. Definitely will not buy from them again.

This company, if you could call it that, is not to be trusted. I am currently awaiting a refund for a purchase that never arrived. They have been given 48 hours to do so or I have my bank treat the charge as fraudulent. Don't believe the "fake" five star reviews.

DO NOT BUY from these guys. If need to return, they give you no return address, ask you to donate your items instead. NO REFUND either. Policies for return and refund on their website are NOT IMPLEMENTED.

Just recd this! GREAT coat! Perfect for around the house as I m doing now in this arctic blast( slept in it too) or fall city coat.Great quality! Thick soft AND lined.
Was unsure of the site bc of some of reviews and frankly the price. JUST what I wanted! Compare with similar Banana Republic one at 225. Thanks Guys!!

Was charged $50 for a $39 order that I never received and have not been contacted by them concerning this order after making several attempts. Of course, no phone number can be found. SCAM. Not reputable. In fact, I think some of the 5-star reviews are bogus.

They sent the wrong-sized shirt twice— I took the hit for the cost of the first mistake —yet they refused to accept a return, even after I said I would pay the return shipping cost.

Do not order from this company.

Chinese scammers are getting better at disguising their websites to look like American retailers, and these people are a good example of a misleading, dishonest gang of thieves.

The sizing charts on EVERYTHING are absolutely false. I verified this with my own tape upon receiving 8 items that were all sized for tiny Asian people.

When you contact them, they are snug and not helpful in any way. They basically admit that you’ll probably never get a refund, then have the gall to suggest you just place another order for different sizes.

Do not do business with these animals.

This company is horrible. They canceled my order without contacting me. I waited almost a month, then I contacted them. They responded to my email with my inital and canceled. Now they are giving me the run around with my refund. I am reporting them to the BBB.
Do not trust this company.

I wish I could give this company a zero or at least find what country they are in. I purchased a shirt and the sizing is incredibly off. What they are saying is a mens XL is more like a woman’s XS. I am trying to return for a full refund and they are giving me the run around. I will blast them on social media and report them to the Better Business Bureau. SCAM

There seems to be very mixed reviews of this company, either very-positive or very-negative. Mine is very-POSITIVE. I ordered a polo shirt from them on 26OCT and it arrived safe and securely packaged to me here in Australia on 04NOV. I think they are based in Hong Kong. The shirt appears to be very well made and I am very-happy with it. Will most likely buy another from them.

This is a SCAM company. I ordered a retro jacket that I saw an advertisement for on Facebook. I did NOT get a jacket. What I got was a terrible looking shirt made out of very cheap and scratchy material. They gave me the runaround and never refunded my money. I had to dispute with my credit card. Take heed and learn from my mistake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a quite expensive sweater and they never sent it. Moreover they do not respond to my email inquiries.
