I can't say enough about the expertise…

I can't say enough about the expertise and integrity of Matt Maley and the trading program he offers at Benzinga. I am in my 70's, new to the market, just wanted to explore making some money on trades to makeup for the money I have lost in my retirement accounts. Before finding Matt and his group at Benzinga, I was scammed by two groups who pretend to be trading gurus with Wall Street experience and all that, there is so much fraud out there in financial education on Youtube and social, we all know this, but how do you know who to go with? Matt is so smart, his experience and perspective so vast, in the macro and micro areas, in equities and commodities and bonds, and I say, people, go with him because he knows it all.
And today, you really have to know it all, or have ability to access someone who does. And Matt is an extremely humble and honest person, who loves the stock market. Don't be afraid to join with him, if you have had bad experiences before.

Listen and Learn! Great education, learning and guidance from Nic Chahine.

Great education, learning and guidance from Nic Chahine. I had the basics of options selling Puts and Calls, that's it. Trading by myself trying to learn more strategies not successful. I started with Nic a few months ago. Paper traded his trades and learned so much with no risk. He is very kind and insists on helping people at all stages of experience. His trading outlook is well defined and his trades are successful. You can look on the Benzinga site where the trades are posted and see the results. 54 pages of past trades data including the percentage profit or loss. Mostly all winners! I have come back to Rodrigo for a lifetime membership as I can't imagine going it alone again. Nic is a pro at trading, reading the Market and making me successful. Rodrigo is an administrative Pro and always available to provide answers or assistance. Joining Nic Chahine, Rodrigo and Benzinga was a great trading decision.

Scared to trade the market? Not with Nic and Rodrigo by your side.

This is a fine program, very unique. It's great to have these folks supporting you all the way. From the very beginning you feel that Nic and Rodrigo are your good friends. They're fun and funny and make trading fun. Its wonderful to find both a good program and a team that puts so much time and effort in your success. It's the best bargain you'll find.

Benzinga Research/Nic Chahine's Live Room

We've been trading/investing for only 1.5 years, and, decided it was time to start trading options.

Benzinga Research is an awesome product, and, is the home for Nic Chahine's Live Room. He takes sophisticated options trading strategies, and makes them clear, understandable, and, actionable.

We are amazed at the time Nic Chahine takes with those in the Live Room to ensure their success with the strategies he teaches.

Whether you are a newbie, or, seasoned veteran, there is always something new to learn in this supportive and encouraging group environment.

Benzinga is a shady company who posts…

Benzinga is a shady company who posts misinformation in order to persuade Retail investors to Buy or Sell stocks that follows their personal profitable agenda.

Truly cannot believe they are still considered a creditable news source for stock news.

Beautiful customer service!!

Rodrigo followed up with our membership and answered all of our queries and ponderings. He was patient and thorough in communicating the benefits of our membership and was quick to offer ongoing help should we need it.

Rodrigo, thank you so much for your patience and time for explaining to me about the membership, finally I decided to join the group last Sunday, but I was still not sure. Only a couple days I already earned my membership fee back. The inner circle chat is really very helpful and educational. I really made a right decision to join the group. Had to Win Dispute to Get Refund

Really bad communication in my opinion but their customer service was pretty good. They outright refused to give my money back when I asked. They claimed that since the charge had processed at the one year mark (as I wasn't aware I was on auto-renewal), it was set in stone and I couldn't receive a refund (this is to my knowledge, still their policy so ***buyer beware***).

I had to go through a lengthy dispute process. I then couldn't find when the refund was issued. They told me it was something I needed to take up with my bank. So supposedly they've refunded me my money.

I'm now following up with my bank to see if/when I got my money back.

And all of this over $68 or so?! Why would I ever do business again with an organization that will take "customer" money when that person doesn't want their product? I informed them as soon as I got the email that the payment had processed.

I just don't know why they fought me so hard and why I'm still going through this to get money back for a product I didn't want. Do better, Benzinga. Just give customers 7 days to ask for a refund on renewals they don't want.

Initially

Initially, I wanted to get Benzinga Pro only and I was on trial. I Like the way all arranged in Pro. Then I got connected with Rodrigo. He is very calm person and first he understands my trading style. On that basis he advised me get summer Bundle offer packages with some additional stuffs I should go with. And I got started my trading journey. Meanwhile I have a free Laptop dispatch issue that was nicely handled by Rodrigo. Also any technical issues like some subscription get locked, or some functions not working, He is always on phone or text or email to answer and respond timely manners. I will suggest to have a contract with Rodeo for best advice.

One stop shop nothing compares

I have been following Benzinga for 3 years now and have to say this is the most consistant platform hands down. I have tried numerous discord groups as well as other chart analysis websites and always find that everything i need is right here for much cheaper than all these other sites. Teachers like Chris Capre and Mark Putrino are so invaluable and essential that you'd be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else. Also its not just a web service you can actually call and talk to Rodrigo (my main guy) and he will guide you to choose the best plan that works for you. And dont believe me just call or email them and ask to talk to Rodrigo then say whats up when you see me in the chat

Many thanks for processing the payment and patiently setting up over the phone, my multiple Benzinga Lifetime subscriptions. I really appreciate your support and assistance whenever I need it at Benzinga. You are always very well informed and share great advice, without being pushy!  I guess it is people like you who make Benzinga such a different experience and a better place for everything related to trading, in comparison to the rest of the competition out there! Mark Putrino is a breath of fresh air

Mark Putrino is a breath of fresh air in an environment of exaggeration and misinformation. Mark offers a unique community experience. He is interesting, straight forward, has a great laugh, and is very knowledgeable about the markets and how they work. His years of experience have allowed him to recognize this pending market correction at an early stage and share this with his students. Each day Mark goes over the Sector charts, finds the levels, and the gives a few scenarios how things may unfold over the next few days. I never knew how to read a chart until I joined his course. Mark always encourages us to go forward, yet to also be cautious. I highly recommend his course.

I was a little unsure of which path to…

I was a little unsure of which path to take in my trading education. Rodrigo spent the time necessary with me. I was blown away by Benzinga's commitment to getting the right fit for the customer. They are definitely the exception in the prolific saturation of the trading education industry. They are so committed to their industry. Really outstanding. I can't imagine any trader seriously perfoming their journey without Benzinga

Nonrefundable with no renewal reminder

There is no courtesy email before your annual subscription renews. If you miss it, they send you exactly one email letting you know they've charged you a non-refundable amount that they refuse to refund for any reason whatsoever. I personally found their customer support very lacking, and I believe they may be violating two Canadian laws.

Firstly, I'm not convinced they honour the Buyer's Right to Cancel in BC.

Secondly, I'm not sure they follow CRTC guidelines on the way they send texts to Canadian Citizens.

I don't trust them and will never use their service again. It's not about money. It's the principle of the thing. They are happy to take money from "customers" who don't want their services. I ethically refuse to work with businesses that do that ever.
