Ben Vincent Reviews 

This is the fourth time I have used the services of Ben Vincent and can highly recommend his workmanship. He is a pleasant young man who executes his electrical work with no fuss and he explains exactly what needs doing. He also cleans up any mess after he has finished. Great worker.

Ben came within 24 hours of my contacting him, was prompt, diagnosed the problem accurately, gave me a timetable for doing the work, which he completely stuck to; work done, successfully, on time and price. Hand delivered a test certificate for the work he'd carried out.
I'd recommend Ben Vincent as a very competent and customer focussed electrician. Excellent customer service.

We have been using Ben for over 2 years now, as we renovate our house, starting with an emergency fix, followed by a full re-wire and then further updates as we go along. Ben has been outstanding throughout, he comes when he says he will, cracks on with the job and does it well. He discusses issues and listens properly, rather than just telling us his views. He is also very good at clearing up after himself, which is a habit many other tradesmen could usefully learn!

His after-care service is also excellent - we had issues with some security lights which failed repeatedly and he willingly returned several times and eventually replaced them without making a fuss. He properly stands behind his work.

He is also flexible and helpful - he will happily try and pop in to do small jobs at short notice, if at all possible.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone requiring electrical work - I just wish I could find more like him in other trades!

Highly recommend Ben. We recently moved into a property dating from 1970 that needed all the electrics updating. He rewired the lighting circuits and power sockets. Despite having to cut new channels in to the blockwork he left no mess and we always arrived to a clean and tidy home. I found his quote very competitive and he even installed an extra light and and TV aerial socket at no extra charge. We will be calling him in again to help with the new kitchen installation.

Ben has done several jobs for us now, although he has worked on our house multiple times before we bought it. He is polite, punctual and professional. His rates are good and is always happy to chat through a problem with you. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Ben completed a full rewire of our three storey Edwardian home. His work preserved original features, was to a high standard and done on schedule.

Although the work was messy, effort was made to limit disruption and noise, with the work area cleaned well on every occasion.

He was respectful of both of us and the property. I would have no hesitation to recommend his work (and have done already).
