Fast shipping great quality rug

The shipping was fast as written on their page. Rug is great quality heavy beautiful. Customer service was also great answered my queetions fast. Will be buying again.

As shop from Ireland my order came…

As shop from Ireland my order came without any problem. It took 7 workdays to arrive, reasonably. And the carpets are nice and they are same what's seen in pictures. It was a hassle free experience and I recommended it.

customer service

I received the carpet I ordered, and the quality is good. However, it didn't quite fit in my space, so I decided to return it. Unfortunately, I couldn't generate a return label through the website provided, so I reached out to customer service. While they've been very polite, it's taking quite a while to get a response. It's been 10 days, and I still haven't been able to arrange the return.
