Terrible post services. My flat number was never saved in the Benuta system. Checking my orders under my Account and there is no flat number saved there. So ordered the carpet twice and both ended with a failure of delivery. This carpet cannot be delivered to Austria obviously.

Ordered one, but was too small and the color didn’t work for us. Returned it easily and got the refund instantly. In the meantime we ordered another bigger one in a different color. Received fast. Very good service. Would recommend and order again there.

It was very easy to order online, the carpet looks exactly (or better!) than in the picture, and I was informed all along the way about the status of my delivery.

Shopping experience was good, a lot of options available. Received product fulfilled the expectations, almost the same as in the picture on the website.
However, shipping took 2 weeks, maybe due to high order volume since order was placed on Black Friday.

Excellent selection of carpets and the images online truly reflect how the carpets look. Benuta kept us informed about the timing of our shipment, we received the carpets within days and they look fabulous! This is the second time I've shopped at Benuta and I can recommend it to everyone! Previously people complained the carpets had a strong smell but this latest order didn't have any odor at all.

The rug itself is beautiful, but as I opened the box it reeked of something chemical-ly.
Sadly the smell is so strong that I probably need to air it for a few days.

The first carpet that I received was a wrong one, I had to ship it back and i got just 5% discount after I asked for a compensation.
Then, when I reordered the carpet, the color didn’t really match to the pictures on the webside.

Carpet as usual good quality and great delivery time. Perfect for my son's room.

Good carpet but I was not very satisfied with the way it was packed. There is soooo many wrinkles on the carpet, that almost looks like a big blanket 😔

Very quick delivery, flexible in case of returns, will pick up the rug I return from my home. Have ordered another rug and hope this come as quickly.
